No deadline was set up! My slot was slated for September completion, and once he was fully paid off, it took about a week to complete from start to finish
BodyGives information about the main body of the costume. If reviewing a separate set of pants/legs or torso, the answers would also go in this section.
The kigu is amazingly comfortable, and the hood is bigger than any of the ones i’ve purchased in the past, which allows for ease of wear. The hood is also lined
All the seams inside the kigu are serged, and the buttonholes are finished. Buttons are secured nicely, and I was sent an extra just in case
The kigu does contain pockets, also they are a bit lower than I am used to, more on my legs than hips. Not a problem at all, just takes a little getting used to
Overall, I expect this thing to last quite a while
I am so pleased with how he came out. The face on the hood is absolutely adorable, and the details put into the design, his ears, and the overall construction of the body are amazing.
The literal only ‘complaint’ I have is that the hair tuft is not sewn down completely on the head and has a tendency to flop backwards with a lot of movement. It’s not anything hugely debilitating, just means i need to keep an eye on it er maybe throw a stitch down to keep it in place
But they captured my character to a T
OverallHow satisfied the reviewer is with the overall buying experience, including their interactions with the maker and the resulting final product.
Completely! They were very sweet and friendly the entire time, and communicating with them was stress free and easy
Working with Curlworks was a breeze. They kept me updated every step of the way and I received WIP pictures through each of the steps. The quality of the product was phenomenal, and I wear the kigurumi quite often
