HeadGives information about the head of the costume. If reviewing a set of ears, the answers would also go in this section.
Wear Satisfaction
How satisfying this piece is to wear with regard to comfort, fit, material quality, etc.
I didn’t give my head measurement but the head still fits really well! It’s lined very comfortable and it feels great to wear.
The ventilation is good, the air circulates through the mouth easily.
The vision is not very good, but that’s mostly because of the character having closed eyes, so I can’t complain too much.
Appearance Satisfaction
How satisfying this piece is to look at with regard to material quality, design, how closely it matches the concept, etc.
The symmetry and shaving look great! The fur is soft and high quality and what is shaved looks smooth. The head matches the concept art really well. The only problem I have is that the muzzle spots and a few other places have glue that feels really hard and a bit sharp. There’s some glue clumps in the hair and other hard glue spots around the eyes and ears. I just wish the maker had used the glue a bit more carefully. Other than that, I love the use of minky for the nose, mouth, and ears and the head really looks great.
Hands and FeetGives information about the hands and/or feet of the costume.

The wrists are a bit on the small size, but once I get them on, the hands feel fine. The wrists are lined with minky. Some of the seams around the edges of the pawpads are too close to the edge of the pad, so there are a few small holes there. There’s a hole on the inside in the middle of where each pawpad is, so you can feel the stuffing. It’s not too distracting, but I kind of wish it was sewn up. There are also some threads sticking out from the seams on the outside of the paws which don’t look great.

For the most part, the hands look great. Short, soft fur was used for the fingers and palms, so no shaving was necessary and it looks great. Once again, the small problems with the seams can be a bit noticeable but it’s not a huge deal. I absolutely love how squishy the fingers are, and the minky pawpads and claws are super soft.
TailsGives information about any tails the costume may have.

The tail is small and lightweight and looks wonderful! I love the use of the long fur on the underside of it. There is one hole between the markings but it’s small. The belt loops are made of fleece and seem pretty secure.

The symmetry is fine and the fur feels and looks great! It matches the concept are wonderfully. I like the way the longer fur swishes around when it moves.

Project Completion Time
How satisfied are you with how the deadline was met for completion of your project?
I’m not too satisfied with this, I originally requested an Anthrocon completion time and they said they could get it done. When I figured out I would not be able to attend, the fact that it was not done was no big deal. The next deadline I requested was MFF of that year. I was originally very hopeful because they usually finish suits very quickly, but it ended up taking nearly a year for me to receive the suit. I would like to state, however, that for a good part of this time, the maker was going through some health issues. They ended up being in and out of the hospital, so I definitely don’t feel like it was their fault. My experience was definitely an exception, so keep in mind the turnaround is usually way quicker!

Final Comments
In summary, I’d say my experience was the exception rather than the standard. They usually make suits much quicker and I feel like once their health improves, their speed will too. Continuing on what I said above, they originally forgot my hands and tail, and I received only the head. But when I brought this up, they immediately fixed their mistake. Although there are a few problems quality wise, and them forgetting the parts slightly annoyed me, I definitely can not be mad. They were super friendly and easy to work with. I was unsure on whether I wanted to recommend them or not, but I’d say that depends on if you would be okay with the occasional quality problem.
