HEAD
The following questions ask you to explain how satisfied you are with each feature of the head of the costume. If you are reviewing only a set of ears, your answers would also go in this section.

Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear this piece of your costume.
Are you satisfied with how it fits you? How is the ventilation? How is the vision?

Q: Are you satisfied with how it fits you?:
A: Yes, it fits me perfectly and comfortably. Break-in period was very short. VERY lightweight!

Q: How is the ventilation?
A: Very nice compared to other suits I have worn/own. there is between 1cm-4cm of space between my head and the foam/fabric thanks to a wonderfully crafted plastic subframe. The upper snout houses a really convenient air duct from the nostrils of the head to my own… it feels like a fan is in your face when you are in front of a strong air source!

Q: How is the vision?
A: Very good vision; near complete field of vision in front of me. The main blind spot is about 2 or 3 fingers wide between the eyes. Peripheral vision is definitely there and useable, but not too much of it. Nothing notably negative about the vision.

Appearance Satisfaction
Please describe how satisfied you are with how your costume piece looks from the outside.
How is the symmetry? Is the shaving even? How does the fur feel and look? How satisfied are you with the overall expression and appearance of the head? Does it match the concept art?

Q: How is the symmetry?
A: Almost almost perfect. Scribble does not use any sort of guides for cutting and placing so there are a couple irrelevant imperfections. But, to me, won’t notice unless harshly examining the suit very closely. This is a true hand-crafted item, after all. My character design is matched very well.

Q:Is the shaving even?
A: Cannot see the backing. Smooth and even shaving. Fur length transition (on tail only) is done tastefully .

Q:How does the fur feel and look?
A: The fur is on the coarse side of being soft, unoffensive. It resists matting pretty well. The fur color rich and vibrant.. metachromatic in some instances.

Q:How satisfied are you with the expression and overall appearance of the head?
A: My head has follow-me eyes. I can achieve expressions ranging from playful to mischievous to innocent to menacing. My expression was based on a small questionnaire before head construction began containing a few traits.

Q:Does it match the concept art?
A: Aside from a couple spots of artist liberty that I granted based on the maker’s design flow and aesthetic… its next to spot-on.

Special Attachments and Features
Please describe how satisfied you are with any extra features your head has.
What are they and how do they work? How easy are they to wear? How is the quality?

Q:What are they and how do they work?
A: I have minor UV reactive properties in my suit’s painted eyes.

BODYSUIT
The following questions ask you to explain how satisfied you are with each feature of the body of the costume.
If you are reviewing armsleeves or legs/pants that are seperate from a bodysuit, your answers would also go in this section.

Wear Satisfaction
Please describe how it is to wear this piece of your costume.
How satisfied are you with how the body fits? How is the quality and durability? What is the interior like? How is the airflow?

Q: How satisfied are you with how the body fits?
A: It fits like the metaphorical glove. Near full movement except in the extremes. Does not sag negatively.

Q: How is the quality and durability?
A: Seams are single and double stitched with upholstery thread. Full movement is granted. My tail opening is the only part that may need attention in the future due to unexpected expansion, but that is easy enough to correct.

Q: What is the interior like?
A: unlined and tidy.

Q: How is the airflow?
A: Air permeates my suit fur at all points in the correct circumstance. Suit is form-fitting-ish, so there is plenty of room for breathing.

Please describe how it is to wear these pieces of your costume.
How satisfied are you with how the hands and feet fit? How is the quality and durability? What is the interior like?

Q:How satisfied are you with how the hands and feet fit?
A: Spot-on fitment, full movement. Break-in was very short.

Q:How is the quality and durability?
A: Very good for the most part. The claws may need to be reenforced on the handpaws in time. My heavy steps may have contributed towards increased wear on the foam heel areas of the feet (though correctable with ease).

Q:What is the interior like?
A: very comfortable, tidy, and form-fitting. The feet paws are carved foam with a sort of industrial memory foam base on the inside.

How satisfied are you with how closely the suit matches the concept art?
If there was no concept art, please state N/A
Very much so AND improved on.

How satisfied are you with how well everything fits together and matches up?
Do you markings match up at the seams? Are the colors consistent?
All colors match. almost every seam matches as it should.

MAKER INTERACTION AND COMMISSION PROCESS
The following questions ask how satisfied you are with all the aspects of communication between you and the maker.

How satisfied are you with how easy it was to initially contact the maker for a quote?
For the most part I am. There was some response delay, but did not really affect me in a negative fashion.

How satisfied are you with the response time from the maker?
How long did it take them to respond?
It varied. When my pre-build queue ended after 2 years, responses were more often than none. No huge hurry on my end at that point as I was not up on the block yet.

How satisfied are you with the level of professionalism and friendliness of the maker?
Were they pleasant to work with?
Overall, yes. There were a couple periods of miscommunication and staff shifts and getting acquainted with new people from time to time. This area might need attention but I was not wronged, personally.

How satisfied are you with how the deadline was met for completion of your project?
Were any deadlines missed or was it done early?
I got my suit 2 weeks later than initially expected, but received for the convention I wanted it for.

How satisfied are you with the overall quality of your project?
I love my suit and could never be happier!

How satisfied are you with the overall customer service with the maker?
Again as above, It may be an area of improvement.. but personally was not unbearable aside from personal impatience from time to time.

Describe your experience. What were the pros and cons of working with this maker? And any final comments?
It was a long wait. Longer than some but by no means the longest from what I have seen other builders demonstrate.

If you can get past the fact and come to acceptance that a moderate-long wait may be in the pipeline, It is really no issue. I waited near 3 years and got a superbly amazing costume in which to portray myself and bring innumerable amusement to others. That to me is worth every second waited.

My cons of the sometimes iffy communication are outweighed by the pros via the end result.

Final comment-
Good things come to those that wait.
