Do you currently still own the item(s) you’re reviewing?
Did the maker meet your deadline?
There was no deadline set.
Did you tell the maker about any issues you had?
The only “issue” I had with the suit is the movable jaw not working for me but that is to be expected. It isn’t really too bothersome for me though.
How many hours have you worn/used the item(s) you’re reviewing?
Give your best estimate.
Around 72+ hours
It was a bit too tight at first and where the muzzle is attached to the rest of the head was digging into the bridge of my nose but as I wore him, he loosened up and fits perfect now!
The ventilation is great! He has vents hidden in his ears and the mouth gives it another ventilation spot. It does get a bit stuffy but simply opening the mouth a bit wider will fix that. He was made to fit glasses and they don’t even fog up when i’m wearing him.
The vision is fantastic with the usual blind spot in the middle and no peripheral vision.
I have yet to spot any symmetry issues and the markings are exactly as they are on the ref sheet. (even down to his hair dangle)
The shaving is smooth and even. The furs used are very soft and they do have a good cohesive feel to them. (To when you pet him, not one fur feels different or out of place)
His expression is so happy and with his removable eyelids, can be changed to sleepy or grumpy.
It matches the concept art 100%.
The hands are a biit too “tall” for my hands for my liking (or im just wearing them wrong) but everything else about them are perfect. The feet are all plush with outdoor feet and they fit perfectly.
The quality and durability is amazing. No popped seams or claws falling off.
The inside of the hands are the normal fur backing, but the backing is quite soft and doesn’t bother me at all. The insides of the feet art lined and very comfy to wear.
The furs are nice and soft and he used minky for the pawpads (which are also nice and soft).
Shorter furs were used for the toes and fingers so nothing needed to be shaved but everything matches with the rest of the suit perfectly.
The tail is firmly stuffed with polyfil and the spikes are minky. The tail hangs a few inches from the ground on me so it doesn’t drag and get dirty. It can wag slightly but the secure stitching on the belt looks and it being so tightly stuffed prevents it from wagging too much (which im fine with).
All of the seams line up more evenly than I expected which is fantastic.
The fur color and feeling matches with the rest of the suit.
How satisfied are you with how closely the suit matches the concept art?

Very happy. The suit matches the concept art 100%
How satisfied are you with how well everything fits together and matches up?
Do you markings match up at the seams? Are the colors consistent?
How satisfied are you with how easy it was to initially contact the maker for a quote?
I do believe he got back to me within 24 hours!
How satisfied are you with the response time from the maker?
How long did it take them to respond?
Again he usually took 24-48 hours to respond! Leaning more towards the one business day.

Were any deadlines missed or was it done early?
There was no deadline (and he does not do them anymore).
How satisfied are you with the overall quality of your project?
How satisfied are you with the overall customer service and professionalism of the maker?
He was very professional and very easy to work with!
Describe your experience. What were the pros and cons of working with this maker? And any final comments?
I had my suit paid off within 3-4 months of getting on his queue (around Sept 2015 I believe) but he did not start the process of making him until around April of 2016.
I was a bit miffed that he was started later than anticipated (originally slotted for fall/winter 2015 start) but since no deadline was given and I am a pretty patient person, I wasn’t upset about it. Plus he had some medical issues going on during that time and I was aware and understood completely.
Overall I recommend TSIDK to anyone who isn’t in need of a suit by a certain deadline. He does high quality work and deserves more recognition.
