Features: None Concept Art Photos of Completed Product Overall Initial ContactThey had opened a google docs form for potential customers to submit their ref sheets when they initially opened commissions, and then reached out to the chosen clients individually via e-mail. They were also very straightforward on their twitter about how the process worked and when they had both started and finished selecting clients. Maker CommunicationExtremely good communication, did not need to ask at all for progress pictures or updates. They kept me up to date every step of the way, even letting me have a say in fabric colors and giving me plenty of chances to make changes if I needed to. Very friendly and approachable, easy to talk to. 🙂 Project Completion TimeDefinitely satisfied with the completion time, took around 5 months and the quality is very high, would have definitely been willing to wait longer if I needed to! Overall Project QualityExtremely soft and high quality, no tears or detectable mistakes. She appears exactly as she did in the concept art sent. I was extremely pleased with the overall quality of this plush. She looks even better in person than she does in photos and fits into Build-a-Bear clothing as advertised. Stylized perfectly, honestly looks like her reference sheet was brought to life. The plush itself feels sturdy and well made, haven't had any issues with wear and tear, though I am extra careful with it most of the time. Components Special FeaturesIncluded 3 magnetic, removable ribbons. One for each ear and one for her chest/neck, with the latter being a bit bigger than the others. There are magnets placed underneath the fabric in each ribbon, as well as in each ear and in her chest to keep them in place. Visually undetectable, but allows the ribbons to be removed if desired. Magnets are very strong and sturdy, I have never had an issue with the ribbons staying put on her at any time, though I am extra careful when I bring her in public just in case!
