I just messaged them on Telegram, asking if they were keen to make another fursuit for me as my main fursona's species changed! Maker CommunicationPilotti usually replied within hours on Telegram. Project Completion TimeIt was a mere month or so. Absolutely amazing work. Nothing was rushed and Pilotti clearly took their time with it. Overall Project QualityI'm extremely happy with it! The fursuit is very snug, comfortable, good ventilation, and with the warranty Pilotti offers, any issues that arose, were fixed soon. I have never been this happy with a fursuit, in the past over a decade. Components Head Wear SatisfactionMy head is quite comfortable! Well lined and what not. In my time in the fandom, amidst all the suits I've owned, this one has been the highest quality head I've worn. The velcro system meant to keep the neck-piece shut, did end up coming undone, but I reached out to the maker with this, and they repaired it for no extra cost what so ever. The same has applied with other small modifications made for my fursuit. The maker is very precise and takes pride in their work. Visual SatisfactionThe head is visually just my type, and absolutely stunning. I adore how 'small' it is compared to an average big bulky fursuit head. This is perfect for partial fursuiting, and with how thin the foam layer is, the head doesn't overheat or become uncomfortable either. So two birds, one stone! Hands Wear SatisfactionThe handpaws were originally made by myself as I prefer my own, very specific/custom made hand shape, but Pilotti helped me with shaving and fine-tuning them. Visual SatisfactionI was rushing to get them done and ended up butchering the shaving, but Pilotti kind of saved my sorry hide and perfected the shaving for me. Tail Wear SatisfactionNot much to say about this one! It's quite light weight, and plump! Very soft and cuddly, works as a pillow. Visual SatisfactionPerfect raccoon tail. They clearly take pride in their work, and love what they do, which truly shows in their turnaround times, and work quality! Also they have excellent, kind, attentive customer service! I have gone out of my way to recommend and advertise Pilotti to anyone in my social circle who might be looking for a fursuit, and I don't plan stopping any time soon.
