Overall

Initial ContactInstagram, responded very quickly to asking to commission her and quickly took my money.

Maker CommunicationVery unsatisfied. Took days to weeks to get a response

Project Completion TimeTook over a year to get an unfinished head

Overall Project QualityI was extremely unsatisfied with this maker and the experience I got from her. Having the run around for over a year was not fun. When I commissioned her in March 2022 she told me that it would be done approximately 5 months after commissioning it when it wasn’t even STARTED until December 2022. In October 2023 I forced her to ship me the suit unfinished so I could finish it myself because I was tired of getting excuse after excuse from her when it came to missing promised deadlines SHE gave me.
She would always send unsolicited images of her child to her commissioners to make them feel bad for her.
This truly weirded me out… I just wanted my suit.
It took days-weeks when asking for an update to even get a response. Most of the time I would only get told she was “working on mine” but wouldn’t even get images of my suit that was “being worked on”
Stay away!!!

Components

Head

Wear SatisfactionThe head was extremely uncomfortable to wear. Litch asks for MULTIPLE head dimensions upon commissioning her and my head was extremely large in me when I sent her exact measurements. I had to stuff a loose piece of foam in it to even remotely get it to fit me to where it wouldn’t fall off.
The ventilation was very awful. The foam on his face was very thick which caused the suit to heat up VERY fast.
The vision was just bad. I had to pick and choose to only look out of one specific eye. There was a pretty large blind spot right in the middle of his face.

Visual SatisfactionThe symmetry wasn’t the best. One of his eyebrows seemed to be higher than the other. The lines on his ears were very lopsided and messy looking.
He had a bald spot on his chin and the shaving was all in all pretty rough.
The pink on him is supposed to be all the same pink but the ears are a completely different shade of pink and the quality of that fur was significantly worse than the hair and cheeks. Litch “claimed” she was going to change it but it’s odd to me that she decided to sew a whole set of ears with a very obvious different color.
The expression is okay.. not really what I expected but it’s something I could deal with. His bottom jaw was MASSIVE… I asked her once to trim the foam on it because it looked huge which she did but upon receiving the unfinished suit I didn’t realize how large it was. She would always send pictures from the “good angles” not really showing flaws
