Initially me and my bf were her first international buyers/test dummies for some hand paws. Jess uses different social media sites and has her own website. I am currently in her discord server which makes it easy to see any of her prices, FAQs, fursuit updates, notices, and art. I also enjoy that she has a price calculator on her website to help you understand the price range for your specific design. Jess will post announcements on her socials when she is opening her commissions, noting what she is open for (fullbodies, partials, etc.) and how many slots she will take. Jess picks out of a pool of clients, its not first come first serve. I purchased the item through paypal and payment is in AUD. Jess made it very clear what she needed from me and helped me with directions, such as how to measure my head to get the correct circumference. Maker CommunicationJess was very quick with communication and replies. All communication stayed in the same platform. Jess is very sweet and friendly to work with. She let me know about estimated times for completion and when my project was started on. She would give me photo updates and ask if there was any errors she needed to fix. Project Completion TimeMy commission was picked in a batch of 3 commissioners. Originally I was second in line, but ended up being completed first due to some issues with the first commissioners fur taking longer to ship. I was happy to see that Jess was very proactive and moved on to other projects while she waited on issues to resolve. Jess accepted my commission on Nov 2024 and shipped it by March 2025. As an international shipper it took about 2 weeks to arrive and tracking was included, she used AusPost. Making it mostly easy to keep track of where things were, but I had issues of the USPS not saying when it arrived (nothing of the makers fault). Overall Project QualityOverall I am extremely happy with how well Ciel turned out. I couldn't have asked for a better fursuit maker. Especially having a friend make my fursuit was even better. I am astonished by how well the comfortability is of the material and how well sturdy and put together the fursuit is. I was in disbelief with how lightweight the head was. I was also very happy that Jess was able to create her 3D printed earring and scar. Which seemed challenging, but she did a fantastic job of creating them. The level of quality in the design and materials used is well worth the price. I am very satisfied with everything and highly recommend Jesdena to everyone. Components Head Wear SatisfactionThe head is extremely comfortable, very lightweight, form-fitting, and easy to slip on. It’s lined with lycra on the inside, which makes it very breathable and prevents me from overheating too quickly. The mouth allows for me to easily fit a fursuit fan in the mouth if I get too hot and the lycra also makes cleaning simple. There is a bit of a blind spot in the middle, but the eyes offer great visibility, much better than previous suits I've worn, as the mesh isn’t too thick or dark. Visual SatisfactionI love how Jess was able to make my art come to life in a fursuit. Ciel may be a simply colored wolf, but Jess truly did her justice in the way she created her. Jess was concerned about the 3D-printed earring and cheek scar, but they turned out amazing. The fur shaving is excellent, leaving the coat smooth and easy to brush. The nose is also ‘pickable,’ which makes adding jewelry simple. Hands Wear SatisfactionThe paws are very easy to slide on and stay on comfortably. The won't fall off unless you shake them off deliberately. The durability is great, no popped seams or claws that have fallen off. I feel as though when I sweat the hands are easy to put back on. The padding of the small pillows in the finger tips are comfortable. Visual SatisfactionThe hand paws are very symmetrical and match Ciel’s design perfectly. All the claws face the same direction, and the transition from the long fur on the tops of the hands to the shorter fur near the paw pads is beautifully clean and transition well. The paw pads and claws are made of minky and the hands use lux-length fur. Tail Wear SatisfactionThe tail comes with a hidden belt loop and easily fits a regular-sized belt. It has great movement, and the long fur gives it a nice, flowy appearance. The length of the tail is perfect and doesn't touch the ground. Visual SatisfactionI am in love with the length of the tail and how good the fur looks on it. The shaving is done well and is easy to be brushed. The tail wags very well.
