Photos of Completed Product Head Wear Satisfaction The head is comfortable to wear, it’s snug to my liking. The balaclava inside is soft and forms to head shape nicely. It doesn’t overheat quickly, and the only noticeable blind spot is in the middle, albeit not a very large one. Visual Satisfaction I love how the head turned out appearance wise, the color of the eyes stand out wonderfully against the color of the fur. The fur is easy to maintain and stays within its “grain”. Special Attachments and Features The special feature would be the follow-me-eyes, and they work just as expected. Furthermore, the eyes are still rather easy to see out of. Overall Product Satisfaction How well does everything fit together and match up? The maker and I worked out what sort of red/orange color I wanted for the primary fur color, and I’m really happy with the result. As previously mentioned, the cream color on the muzzle/neck and the eye color looks great as well. The ears stand up on their own very nicely, and the style of the head is awesome as well, I think SplinterFox has a very nicely developed and unique style. Overall Project Quality The head looks great and feels great, the maker was easy to contact, and arrived quickly once shipped. Very happy with the product! Purchase Process Initial Contact Contact was easy, I found out about a slot opening through Twitter, and began contact through messages there. Maker Response Time Contact was rather easy, it began with a Twitter direct message, and then all further communication took place through group or private telegram messages. The maker was quick to respond to any messages I sent out. Maker Professionalism I was happy with the attitude of the maker over all, when specific business related information needed to be discussed, they were clear and to the point, but at the same time they were casual and friendly enough to be comfortable around. Project Completion Time Completion time did take longer than expected, but it was communicated with clarity and honesty on the maker’s part. I, along with other commissioners in the telegram group understood the delays as a whole, and I was not disappointed with the amount of time taken.
