Wear Satisfaction
The head feels a bit loose to me, and the mouth tends to want to stay closed (thus making it a bit hard to breathe), but it could be because I’m not used to it. I had declined to have my head measured, giving measurements I had on hand instead, so if there were any inaccuracies, that’s on me, not Novafur. Vision out of it is fine; about what I would expect from a fursuit based on other people’s descriptions.
Visual Satisfaction
The head looks great, honestly. Novafur put in the extra work to make it as accurate as possible, and I much appreciate it. Shaving seems fine to me. I haven’t noticed any structural features I shouldn’t be able to notice (stitching and all that).
Wear Satisfaction
Note that there are only hands, no feet (as requested). They fit my hands well. I can move my fingers without much issue. Solid construction.
Visual Satisfaction
The orange handpaw looks excellent. The black one looks great as well, but the fur’s a little harder to manage, as the material is more coarse than the fluffier orange one.
Product Satisfaction
There was some mixup with the colours, but Novafur was able to fix it, and I appreciate that greatly. The end result is what I expected. I didn’t need to get art from a specific artist or anything like that.
The pieces are consistent with each other, and the work as a whole is consistent with the rest of Novafur’s suits.
I am happy with my partial. I hope to be able to use it whenever I have the opportunity, and keep using it as long as I can.
Purchase Process
I contacted Novafur over Telegram. I believe they had mentioned having availability in a public chat (though that was a while ago). Novafur was very clear on everything throughout the whole process.
I was duly advised of either progress, or issues preventing progress from happening. Questions from me were handled quickly. Communication was consistently over Telegram.
Novafur was clear about their terms and their progress. They were professional throughout the process, but in a friendly manner, not business-like.
Although the ETA was passed, the partial was completed just in time for the event I wanted it for the most, so it worked out. I picked it up at Anthro East Coast and wore it immediately.
