Photos of Completed Product Head Wear Satisfaction The head is very heavy, I weighted it and it was around 4 kilograms or 8 lbs, which puts a lot of strain on your neck. When the head arrived the lining was bunching up the fur of the neck and was actually choking me, so I had to completely resew the lining to the neck. The back of the head was way too loose, making the head slip down my face, I had to take out almost 4 inches of fur to make it fit properly. I had given them measurements of my head, so I don’t know how that happened. The lining on top the head was also too loos and would slip in front of my eyes while wearing so I had to take that in as well. Visual Satisfaction The nose has weird wrinkles on one side and some visible hot glue on the other, but its not noticeable but needs to be mentioned. one ear is lower than the other and there are a few glue spots and bald spots from the shaving (not visible from a normal point of view but can be seen if inspected) The head looks all in all very nice and cute, the inside just provided a lot of problems. The paint in the eyes was not sealed and the actual eye base had scratches when it arrived Overall Product Satisfaction How well does everything fit together and match up? The ears were supposed to be pointed back but the jut out at the sides, which doesn’t match what I told them, since I took in the back of the head it’s less noticeable when worn. The eyebrows are uneven and the angry magnet on the left side is not angled properly, which makes placing that eyebrow a bit difficult. The hair was sewn on way too low and was prohibiting the magnets from working properly, so it had to be moved I am however very happy that they used the correct turquoise fur, since the head has to match the body suit. Overall Project Quality if I had to give a score out of 5 it would be a 3 Purchase Process Initial Contact very easy, just followed their quote form on their website Maker Response Time since there was a giant time zone difference it took a few hours to a few days. we started over emails but moved to telegram later on. Maker Professionalism there was almost no real “customer service” I was confused for a different commission, even after telling them which character I had and sending in my ref to make sure. But that was fixed after a while. Project Completion Time The head was completed rather quickly, but given all the problem it had it felt a bit rushed. There was no real excitement from the makers side, no proper whips, no proper photos at the end and a lot of problems after the arrival.
