However, that is including the caveat that you are NOT bothering them for commission stuff while they are closed and or are busy with school (the maker is a full-time student in college) and all will be well. Maker CommunicationThe communicated great throughout the making process and gave regular updates. One thing I will note is that the maker has every client/customer in a chat and I sorta wish they would contact us individually instead of through the chat, but it is nice to see and hear from the maker and the clients throughout the process of concept to reality with each suit they make. Just a minor thing to note. Project Completion TimeThey said it would take roughly 3-4 months for my mini-partial to be made and shipped out, and they did not lie! Overall Project QualityOverall I am 100% satisfied with the quality of work that the maker puts out! They take their time and answer any and all questions you may have during the making process of the suit/pieces you will commission from them! Everything will look like you reference to them. Everything is solid and well constructed and if you have any problems within the first 60-90 days of owning the suit, they will make the repairs free of charge (just pay for S&H) and all will be fixed! Components Head Wear SatisfactionThe fit is exactly to my measurements. Fits nice and snug without a worry of coming loose or unsettled. Vision is great for the style of head this maker creates. The ventilation is about standard fair for a head of this style as air can ventilate through the head and I can breath easily and wear the head for extended periods of time. Visual SatisfactionLooks as referenced! The fur is nice and soft and the shaving is nice and clean as it transitions nicely from color to color and pattern to pattern. Hands Wear SatisfactionHand paws fit nicely! If it is any consideration, I wish the maker would take measurements for hands, because one size does not fit all with how they currently make their hand paws. The lining is nice and comfortable! Nice big soft paw-pads make it comfortable and bouncy to wear the paws. The claws are stitched securely and haven't had any issues in my time wearing the suit. Visual SatisfactionEverything is awesome! The maker takes their time to make sure everything is to the specification of the commissioners liking.
