Maker CommunicationThey were fine to respond in a timely manner till after I asked for a refund, they agreed to refund a little over 100$ but haven't yet and their page has been silent since. Project Completion TimeIt was a premade so I can't speak on completion time. Overall Project QualityOverall I'm not happy about this suit, it was the first time I've bought from a maker who isn't a friend and what I received is going to have to be stripped and fully refurbed. The head is definitely not worth what I paid for it due to all the issues and the smell alone. I talked to the maker numerous times about putting that they smoke in their bio only to be ignored. The head really isn't safe to wear, the heavy smell of cigarettes along with the base choking you isn't a great combination. Components Head Wear SatisfactionThe head to wear was terrible, way too tight (even thought it was said to fit 22inches or larger) the base was almost curved in so it dug into your head and throat. I actually had to cut the back of the hood open to even wear the costume since a zipper wasn't put in and without doing that I wouldn't have been able to get my head in. The maker also vaped tabacco in it so the inside smelled like an ash tray and gave me an immediate migraine to wear. The inside is lined with fleece and some other fabric that I can't quite figure out, this makes it warm and uncomfortable. Ventilation is ok at best, the jaw doesn't open very wide but the large nostrils provide some air circulation. Vison is isn't great but it's not horrible. Visual SatisfactionFrom the outside the suit looks fine till you get closed to it, there are lots of little things that are an issue. Like the markings on the face, instead of being sewn symmetrical the maker used paint to make the spots look round. The fins on the head are just one piece of fleece with wire glued in, I actually got stabbed with a piece of wire jutting out and it cut my finger. Shaving is fine although there are a lot of closely shaven spots where the backing is threadbare and clearly visible. The fur feels lower quality, it's thinner and feels slightly crusty, it also reeks of cigarettes. The head is basically just falling apart, the glue used is coming off and causing the fur to peel away, horns are coming off, teeth are following.
