How satisfied are you with the fit of the head?
Is it too tight or loose? Does anything poke you, stab you, make it uncomfortable to wear? Is it lined comfortably?
nice and comfortable, nothing stabby or tight. very soft and squishy even on the inside

How is the ventilation?
Can you breathe well? Is the mask stuffy? Does the air circulate through your head?
breathing is great! easy cool off through the eyes and mouth

How is the vision?
Can you see well in front of you? Is there a large blind spot? Do you have to turn your head to see? (Note: most suits do not have peripheral vision)
great vision! almost as clear as normal vision, but obviously a bit foggy with the mesh. over all I can see nicely around me

How is the symmetry?
Are the eyes or ears lopsided? Are the markings symmetrical per character design?
eyes and fur is nice and even. no strange deformities. nice and clean

Is the shaving even?
Can you see the backing? Is it choppy? Is the transition to long fur what you were looking for?
no backing, shaving is even and clean throughout

How satisfied are you with the expression and overall appearance of the head?
nice and happy! overall adorable in my opinion

almost identical. some spots are even in the same places as the concept

very happy. everything was made greatly, no complaints about anything so far!

very! she was very nice to talk to and explained prices and how the commission would work

Final Comments
everything was perfect in my opinion, but she is located in Australia so time zone could be hard to move around for some (she also ships anywhere from what I understand)
