It was very easy to contact the maker. DMed on Instagram. The maker communicates well and simply for people who don't commission suit parts a lot/newer commissioners.
I'm satisfied with the response time of the maker. I felt like I was treated well and very casually, which made me feel comfortable as someone who doesn't commission suit parts very often. They were very pleasant to work with and I definitely would again. Their communication was clear and I didn't feel like I was out of the loop or confused throughout the process.
I'm somewhat satisfied with the completion time. The project was delayed for a physical pickup at Anthro Northwest 2021, which was completely planned and worked well. Unfortunately, pickup was delayed from Friday to Sunday due to some other delays, but since this was a unique transaction and the maker had to rush other things, I can't say it would mean much in the long run.
I'm overall happy with my product as a younger and casual fursuiter. It's a great set of paws for people who suit mostly for fun. The paws are durable, but I'm unsure how long they would last under extreme use/play. The material and overall quality is pretty nice. The product definitely met my expectations and fulfilled the specific requests that I asked for, and I believe it was worth the price that I paid. The maker stayed true to their style and created five finger paws in an aesthetically pleasing way.
It's quite good! The fingers are a little on the wide side, so my hands will start to ache after a while of wearing them, but with enough moving and rest, it's barely noticeable. They have good movement, and the thumb is placed separately from the other fingers for a more defined range of movement. They stay well on my hands for average movement and do not slip off my fingers, but will slip off if I shake my hands aggressively (pretty expected). They're very easy to put on and just require pushing down on the paws to secure my own fingers. I have experienced two small popped seams on two separate finger pads, but the other stitching I've examined is durable. There is no lining, but the interior isn't itchy or uncomfortable. Cleaning is rather easy and without issue.
The symmetry is quite good. A few of the claws tilt slightly, but it's barely even noticeable to the naked eye due to the claws and paws both being black. The claws are all on center, though. The shaving is well done, there are a few strands of longer fur between the fingers that look a bit off, but could be fixed easily. The material used is everything I wanted. The black fur, black mochi, and green minky are all up to par. About three small spots on the white fur look to be very thin, but they're hidden under the rest of the fur. The maker and I pooled our ideas/designs together to create a unique five finger paw design that fits my expectations and needs nicely.
