Head

How satisfied are you with the fit of the head?
Is it too tight or loose? Does anything poke you, stab you, make it uncomfortable to wear? Is it lined comfortably?
It fits very nicely. Its very light, lined very nicely, and not to snug nor too lose.

How is the ventilation?
Can you breathe well? Is the mask stuffy? Does the air circulate through your head?
Very great ventilation in this head. Airflow through the mouth is excellent.

How is the vision?
Can you see well in front of you? Is there a large blind spot? Do you have to turn your head to see? (Note: most suits do not have peripheral vision)
tiny blind spot in the center as to be expected, but the material is very easy to see out of and vision is some of the best I’ve experience

How is the symmetry?
Are the eyes or ears lopsided? Are the markings symmetrical per character design?
its decent I’ve noticed a few minor things such as the tongue and on of her fangs being slightly askew but its really not very noticiable and everything else is perfect so I’m not really bothered at all by it

Is the shaving even?
Can you see the backing? Is it choppy? Is the transition to long fur what you were looking for?
shaving is absolutely wonderful no issues at all.

How satisfied are you with the expression and overall appearance of the head?
I love it! Its true to the species, her style, and my character all at the same time. The expression is everything I ever wanted. No complaints.

How is the quality of the ears? Are you satisfied with the materials used?
Are they too cumbersome? Can you pull on them without tearing? Are they even on your head?
They are nice and soft and she included the plugs my character wears which is awesome

How easy is it to wear your ears?
Do they fall off? Are they painful to clip on? Do you require someone else to put them on for you?

Body

How satisfied are you with how the body fits?
Is it comfortable to wear? Does it allow for good movement?
It fits very nicely and is comfortable. I can move around easily with no problems.

How is the quality and durability of the body?
Are the seams durable? Can you move without popping seams?
Everything seems very sturdy

How satisfied are you with the selection of colors and the material used?
I am very very happy with this. AF went out of her way to adhere to my specific fur standards (no shag aside from accents) and found a lime green fur to use and I love the quality of it so much and really appreciate her doing that for me!

Hands and Feet

How satisfied are you with the fit of the hands and feet?
Will your wrists/ankles show if you stretch too much? Do they stay on your hands or do they slide off? Can you put them on comfortably with ease?
They are both perfect. The feet are so comfortable and completely lined with lycra which I love. The hands are puffy style, lycra lined fingers. 2 different furs used that make for a lovely contrast. Hands are very comfortable and the perfect size.

How is the quality of the hands and feet? Are you satisfied with the materials used?
Have seams popped? Have paw pads or claws fallen off?
The only issue I’ve had is that the claws on my outdoor feet have gotten scuffed to the point of holes in them. I have not brought this up to AF but will eventually see if they can be repaired when she has some time. I do believe this was due to the way I walk (sort of drag my feet) definitely not a quality issue, its to be expected with stuffed claws.

Tails

How is the quality of the tail? Are you satisfied with the materials used?
Is it too cumbersome? Can you pull on it without tearing? Are the straps secure and even?
If there is any padding or armature, does it look right and function correctly?
The tail is amazing. Its super light and stands up very nicely. This was her very first standing tail so there was an issue with the nylon thats used to hold it up unfraying however AF was more than happy to fix it for me at the con we were both at and was super kind to me about it. Over-all this tail is awesome especially for a first attempt.

How accurate to the concept art is your tail?
Did they get all the markings? Are the colors accurate?
Everything is spot on!

I love the way it looks together everything flows very nicely. There are multiple furs used and they all look perfect together.

How satisfied are you with how easy it was to initially contact the maker for a quote?
Very satisfied.

How satisfied are you with the response time from the maker?
How long did it take them to respond?
Before the commission started response was sort of sporratic (understandable) but once it was time for my suit I was constantly updated via skype and even got to see some streams and was given plenty of WIPS.

How satisfied are you with the level of professionalism and friendliness of the maker?
Were they pleasant to work with?
I was very satisfied. She was great to work with and always kind.

How satisfied are you with how the deadline was met for completion of your project?
Were any deadlines missed or was it done early?
It was done early which was really nice!

How satisfied are you with the overall quality of your project?
I am extremely satisfied with the quality and love my suit

How satisfied are you with the overall customer service with the maker?
AF has great customer service. I appreciated how she went above and beyond multilple times for me. Finding my exact fur, keeping me informed, recommending small tweaks to enhance the suit (but asking my approval first), helping me when the suit arrived soaked due to the postal worker leaving it in the rain, fixing my tail, and many more things I’m probably leaving out but over-all wonderful.

Final Comments
The pros: are the great quality, great customer service, adorable style, and the fact that she truly cares about her suits/customers. I have seen makers who aren’t worried about repairs or refurbishments and its so refreshing to see someone who wants to see her suits in the best condition they can be even after they have left her hands and of course wanting to help her customers. Another thing is she goes the extra mile in so many ways. Giving her suiters little swag gifts such as bandannas with the logo to match their specific suit, and certified AF badges. it really makes you feel special and part of an experience and I honestly couldn’t ask for a better maker. I definitely plan on being a return customer and would always reccommend them.
