I initially contacted them through email for all of the initial discussions, and all of their WIPs were shared on Telegram (which I was told about via email). I found them through Twitter. Maker CommunicationThe maker responded very quickly and professionally. I personally would've preferred a few more check-ins via email/DM/etc to ensure that things were looking good along the way so that things like the star placement could have been resolved. Project Completion TimeIt only took two months between the payment and suit delivery. I know that this is rather quick for a fursuit commission, so I am very satisfied! Overall Project QualityI am very satisfied with this suit. It took a bit of tinkering to make it just right, but that doesn't bother me much. I'm very excited to be able to take this out to conventions or other events in the future. Components One-Piece Body Wear SatisfactionThis suit fits wonderfully and is much easier to move in than I expected. The construction is solid and high-quality. I haven't needed to deep-clean it yet, but the stuffing and padding are easy to remove and reinstall for when I do. There are visible pencil marks on the inside, but they're impossible to see from the outside and therefore not an issue. I can't say much about how hot it gets because this is my first bodysuit, but I can definitely wear and jump around in it for a while before needing a break. The padding doesn't seem to make it any worse. One flaw here is that the removable thigh padding is prone to slipping down and I had to attach them to a makeshift belt. Visual SatisfactionIt looks wonderful! The silhouette is great and the maker did a great job of emulating the reference image. I told the maker exactly which colors I used for the head (all from BigZ and Howl) and they were able to use the same fabrics. I had also requested that the tail be constructed in a way that allows it to sway back and forth as I walk, and it does so perfectly. The shaving is great and there are no bald/uneven spots. Two flaws here: One, the black zipper on the front is highly visible against the yellow fur, and there was a lot of space between the edge of the fur and zipper (see image), causing it to look unzipped every time I moved. I ended up gluing those flaps down about half an inch or so away from the zipper teeth and now it looks much better. Also, the star on her flank was supposed to be on the left, but ended up on the right. This is partially on me because I was shown multiple reference images with the star clearly on the right and didn't notice until I received the suit. Thankfully there was no particular reason that I designed her to have it on one side versus the other, so it isn't an issue for me.
