They were very happy to answer any questions I had from my interest in the Partial. Maker CommunicationEverything was laid out to me perfectly, any question I had on Fern such as how to clean and maintain him was answered almost immediately and she also explained all of the materials used to make him before purchasing. I was treated very well during the entire sale process. She also quoted me for a Fullsuit upgrade and provided dates on when the quote expires along with a brilliant guide for making a DTD Project Completion TimeExtremely satisfied, I got to pick Fern up at the Convention I was going to and my maker helped me put him on while also explaining everything about him. Overall Project QualityThe overall quality of Fern is absolutely stellar and worth every penny, you can tell that FFM has a passion and loves all of the work she puts into her projects. It is all built with such high quality materials and very durable. Fern meets all of my expectations and more, he looks and feels amazing to touch. I was also provided with a grey and black Jacket from FFM that goes with the Partial and it finishes off the look perfectly. I believe these items will last a long time due to the materials used. Everything fits perfectly on me, the product also looks consistent with the makers previous work. Components Head Wear SatisfactionWhen wearing the fursuit head it did sit on the bridge of my nose quite heavily on the first few days and left a red mark which scabbed over slightly but after a few days it has worn in and feels nice to wear. It is lined with Lycra and absorbs very well. makes cleaning easy. Ventilation on this head is absolutely incredible. The head is very lightweight overall and the fabric is very breathable and stretchy. My mouth sits at Fern's Mouth very comfortable so fresh air can be breathed in and out. The vision is stellar, I have worn a few heads over time and this is by far the best one I have ever worn for vision. The mesh design for the eyes is incredible and I can see perfectly in front of me and to the sides. Visual Satisfactioneverything is symmetrical and on point. The shaving is all even and perfect and the fur feels extremely soft and high quality, it also looks great in photos. The fur can be smoothed easily. When wind hits the hair it will blow around gently as it is so soft. I am extremely satisfied with the overall expression and look of this head, it is designed to be grumpy and delivers perfectly. Different angles produce different expressions. I believe the eyes are follow-me. The mesh eyes are scratch proof and are sublimated. The yellow around the mesh is waterproof and made of resin. Hands Wear SatisfactionThe hands are extremely comfortable to wear and sit perfectly on me, they allow for great movement and are able to be tucked into my jacket so that no skin is shown. It is slightly difficult to put the second paw on after the first but it isn't too bad after getting used to it. A snagged thread did appear to come off one of the paws but it appears to be fine. The paw pads and claws along with everything else have been perfect. The interior is lined with Lycra and absorbs sweat appropriately and is easily dried and cleaned. Visual SatisfactionThe paws are symmetrical in every way from the paw pads to the claws and they all face the correct direction. The shaving is perfectly even on both paws, they are also universal paws so can be worn on either hand. The fur is extremely soft to touch and easily smoothed. Each finger appears to be squishy as if there is extra padding at the tips of each finger. The paw pads are Vinyl with embroidered edges and the claws are resin and do not scratch or chip. Tail Wear SatisfactionThe tail fits easily onto a belt and is extremely soft and comfortable to wear. the straps are secure and even and the tail allows for great movement. Visual Satisfactionall of the patterns on the tail are perfect and the shaving is immaculate. The fur is so soft that it also blows gently in the wind and feels amazing to touch. I believe the tip of the tail uses a rare fur. The selection of colors and materials used are perfect for this tail and it moves and acts as expected.
