Initially met them at a convention and we talked and they treated me with respect and kindness. I purchased the item directly from them. The maker was very thorough in explaining exactly what they needed from me. Maker CommunicationThe maker was always upfront, easily contactable, using the same form of communication and always professional. The maker was extremely easy to work with, friendly business like communication, and explained any issues or concerns with me concisely. Project Completion TimeThe maker had a queue and explained the ETA of completion to me. I could see where I was in the queue at all times. The few times I asked for updates I was always met with a message that was friendly. The completion time was met. Fortunately I do not live far from the maker and was able to pickup my fursuit in person. Overall Project QualityI am ecstatic with the quality of my product. Everything matches well, fits perfectly, is easy to use and wear. The head was in my lap during a car crash where the airbags deployed and hit the head. That was day 4 of having my fursuit. There is no damage then and none presented since from that accident, over a year later. I am not gentle with my fursuit and have had no issues. To me this suit was built right, using proven techniques and high quality products. I believe my expectations have been exceeded greatly. All the components fit together to create MY character that I love. Considering the suit is over a year old and worn for well over 150+ hours, I'd say the product will last a long time. I believe this was well worth the cost I paid. Components Head Wear SatisfactionThe measurements I provided to the creator allowed them to create a head that is extremely comfortable to wear for long periods of time. I experience no issues while wearing the head and the liner material used is very comfortable and wicks sweat away easily. The ventilation is fantastic, I never feel as though I'm out of breath or over heating. The vision is decent, I can see both in bright outdoors or dark rooms equally well. I believe the lining is neoprene. Visual SatisfactionThe head is exactly what I wanted, created to look like my character perfectly. Without a doubt @becausefuzz succeeded in bringing my character to life, exactly how I wanted. The head is symmetrical, looks perfect from any viewing angle. The shaving is very well done with little to no mistakes seen. The fur is super soft and very easily brushed. Expressions are easily altered with the use of eyelids and I'm very happy with how different I can make my characters emotions be. The head and the art match beautifully and I'm thrilled with the outcome. Hands Wear SatisfactionThe hands fit perfectly. 5 fingers. They're extremely easy to get on and off yet stay exactly where I put them. The fur is very soft, easy to clean and brush. The inside I'm unsure of but they're very comfortable to wear. Visual SatisfactionThe hands are just as good as the head. No issues whatsoever and they look remarkable. No quality issues with either hand. Tail Wear SatisfactionThe tail has a double loop belt attachment method allowing great support. The tail has been pulled, sat on, swished back and forth for many hours without a single problem. The tail is stuffed but I'm unsure as to the material used. Visual SatisfactionThe tail looks just like a raccoon tail, bushy, fluffy and striped. Easily cleaned and easily brushed. The fur is very soft and very pretty. I'm very satisfied with how the tail moves for the species. Feet Wear SatisfactionThe feet are just as great as the head and hands. No issues, comfortably worn, easy on and off. Quality fur. Easy to brush. They are lined with neoprene and allow my feet to stay cool and dry. Visual SatisfactionThese feet are fantastic and look amazing. Both feet look symmetrical, the fur is all the same shave length and the claws all where they belong. Special FeaturesEyelids, attached with Velcro, they work wonders to allow for different expressions. Easily attached and removable. They are very durable.
