Their info requests were straightforward and easy to follow, payment went through PayPal as a service, A material deposit was placed at the start with rest due on completion which worked well. Maker CommunicationThe maker was concise, open to questions, had answers to those questions, and was in constant contact throughout the process. This includes detailed work in progress photos, as well as any questions they had for me as the item was being constructed. They were pleasant to work with, treated me with respect and professionalism while staying informal when not talking business. As a fellow artist, I know this is a hard skill to master and I respect their ability to do so. Project Completion TimeProject was completed ahead of schedule and as stated before, the maker was in constant contact with WIP photos and details so that I was always involved/informed with the process. Shipping went well, with tracking through USPS. Overall Project QualityJust stunning work, the attention to detail and the quality of the materials/work that went into the production are stellar. They are durable and look fantastic. I believe that it exceeds my expectations in all aspects. All the pieces provided by the maker are cohesive and work together to achieve the look intended. Everything goes together seamless despite being separate pieces. It fits correctly due to the measurements process during planning. I believe that this piece will last me quite a long time and the artist stands by their quality and work. Components Head Wear SatisfactionOverall I think they did a fantastic job with this piece. The lining inside is padded and does its job well. The inside was fit to my head based off measurements asked for during the planning stage, It fits me perfectly as a result. The jaw is plush and movable. Ventilation was not discussed so it can be hot inside the head but that is to be expected. A fan insert in the mouth as needed solves this issue be forcing new air in. There is a blind spot directly ahead of me, a slight turn of the head fixes this, alternatively the mouth opening is a great alternative to use for movement when trying to get from one place to another quickly. allows for total visibility. Visual SatisfactionStunning! It brings the character to life so perfectly from the basic reference I was able to provide. All markings are in appropriate places, the cut and styling of the fur is excellent, and the details are there as requested. IT appears symmetrical from the front and sides. everything is even and proportionate for the style requested. The shaving is clean, even, and is seamless from the outside viewer. The fur is soft and clean, easy to brush. The head is quite expressive despite not having accessories to achieve this, and the follow-me eyes work exactly as advertised and are painted well. In short, it matches the references exactly as provided! Upper Body Wear SatisfactionIt is the correct size and length which was determined by measurements requested by the maker prior to work. The fur and stitch work is very high quality, and it is loose enough on my arms to not hinder movement in any way and feel natural. An elastic band across my back holds them in place as well. The interior is unlined and is the backing of the fur material. It is not bad, but I prefer to wear arm sleeves or guards underneath for comfort. Any construction marks I have come across have not bled or had any effect on the wear of the suit. It is as breathable as expected for this sort of thing. Visual SatisfactionDetail work is again perfect, markings are in place and clean enough to be distinguished. Any shaving is well done and even. The fur is soft to the touch and easy to clean/brush. The colors are perfect and the maker was very accommodating in the selection process with suggestions or questions regarding what i wanted. They were a great help in the process. It matches my concept art exactly. Hands Wear SatisfactionVery comfortable to wear, lots of padding in the hands, double pillows in the fingers (above and below) and removable for cleaning. They are easy to slip on and off, but due to the padding they are not the best for fine control/picking things up etc. That is a design choice based on the style selected and is to be expected. They are durable and blend into the arms perfectly to appear seamless during wear. they do not move or slip off hands unless intending to do so. The interior is not lined but is soft to the touch and comfortable. The pillows inside are a cotton material and are soft and comfortable to the user. Webbing was added between the fingers as requested. it is made of a strong faux-leather like material and was as expected. This was their first time doing webbing according to the maker so I believe that only adds to the impressiveness of the final product. Visual Satisfactionbeautiful, so detailed, soft to the touch and everything is as requested/in the proper places. Appears symmetrical from all angles and colors match the rest of the suit/blend in perfectly. They match the concept art and details as requested. Tail Wear SatisfactionAttaches to a belt of one's choosing, was comfortable to wear and was fairly easy to put on by myself. It is even, was measured to just reach the floor and is pliable but strong and retains its shape. The quality of the work is impressive and there are no visible seams. Attaches via 2 wide straps, they are secure and hold up even when tension is placed on them (such as someone pulling on it) Visual SatisfactionAll details are in place, it is symmetrical and even. As with everything else, the materials were of a great quality and are soft to the touch. Very satisfied with the overall look of the piece. Tail moves as expected and follows the movement of my hips. Matches concept perfectly and retains shape as intended. Special FeaturesGlasses were added by the maker to match reference. magnets were attached to keep item in place. overall works well.
