The head was a bit too tight, I ended up having to reshape its inside a bit so that I could wear it comfortably. The lining was falling out when I got it, but it was an easy fix. It does get a bit stuffy, but not too bad. It is pretty lightweight. When I got it, I could barely see out of the eyes, the foam around the eyes had not been cut all the way and made it very hard to see. There is a large blindspot dead center in my view and is somewhat hard to walk with.
The symmetry of the markings on the head is way off, for instance the “X” on the snout is very unproportioned and looks wonky. The eyes are also off center and the fur in the front of the chest is cut to the side, not centered. There is really choppy transitions between fleece and fur, making it look odd. You can see the foam from under the fur in some spots and not all seams were finished.
I had asked for a sad-ish looking expression, but it wasn’t really done. The head just seems tired, but still chipper (This wasn’t too much of a problem, but did disappoint a bit)
As for concept Art, it didn’t follow my design of Jest completely. I had made him to be a more defined and slender animal, but the maker made him toyish and almost Angel-Dragon-esk.
My fursuit head was supposed to come with jest’s signature nose ring, ear bars and stud. Sadly, the maker never got around to making the jewelry, despite promising he would come with them. I was very disappointed and displeased when I found he did not have them.
Sadly, I have yet to receive my arm sleeves as they were accidentally not included with the pick-up. I was told that they will be sent to me at a later date.
My paws are very comfortable to wear, but cause my palms to sweat more than usual. More than any other pair of paws I’ve worn previously. My paws are pretty short and end just under my wrist, but if I move my hand at all, it will show. They slide off easily as they are a tad too big and the number of fingers I had requested was changed, so that was displeasing.
I did not receive feet paws.
The paws are very symmetrical and look awesome. The fur is super soft and the paw “pads” are simplistic circles made of fleece. They look amazing when they aren’t slipping off.
The tail is a good length and drags on the floor just a little bit. It moves well and is easy to put on. The seams seem durable and the spikes have stayed on, which is a double plus. It is sturdy, and my two year old nephew has tested it. the straps are doubled up to ensure they are strong.
A few of the stripes are off centered and the seams are really noticeable. The transition from fleece to fur is super choppy and I am displeased with the overall look. The colors and patterns match and all of the fur was soft and easy to brush out. It matches my concept art, but is thin compared to what it was supposed to be.
Very satisfied.
Very satisfied.
Were they pleasant to work with?
No, they started off very pleasant and professional, but after time it faded. They stopped sending me W.I.P pictures and even halted contact for some time.
How satisfied are you with the overall customer service with the maker?
Very disappointed
Would you recommend this maker?

It was nice to work with someone willing to work on a budget. The maker was very kind at the beginning and reassuring until about four months past.
It was stressful since the maker would suddenly not reply or send W.I.P pictures when I asked for them. The maker also made many promises that were never delivered.
I think with a bit more practice, they will be an amazing fursuit crafter and business executive. I would rate them 4.5/10
Final rating: Ok, but you should be wary.
