Overall

Initial ContactEasy to contact. Even payment was quick and easy. I contacted them from their website/email. They got important info quickly.

Maker CommunicationThey did not reach out enough. The conversations were pleasant but not very personable.

Project Completion TimeThe time went by quick. The turn around times was clearly posted on their trello. I also was contacted about when my commission was about to be worked on and shipped. They took their time shipping it, but it did arrive without any issues (UPS).

Overall Project QualityIm not entirely satisfied with my commission. Its OK. I would definitely want to replace her one day. Many feature details were not discussed and it was too late to change it. The maker did not contact me as much as they should have. I only worn her a few times very briefly. I think it was not quite worth the money because they were charging way too much for only being a few years experienced without even offering much with customization. They really need to work on variety of design and shape of features. Also they seem to be a bit lazy when it comes to completing features correctly. Other than that, quality is alright. The suits just look very goofy and look "off".

Components

Head

Wear SatisfactionIt fits well. It is comfortable to wear. The lining really sags and gets over my eyes sometimes if I don't push it behind my head. The liner is lycra so its pretty nice. Both ventilation and vision is good. The vision blind spot is pretty small.

Visual SatisfactionThe Nose is way too big. The eyes are "crossed eyed" (follow me eyes). The teeth were lazily done (only have 4). The jaw is very short compared to what it should be in length . The head looks too goofy for me from a front side angle but at the side it looks quite nice. The stitching is okay the head poof was not sewn in one place and stuffing was coming out. The fur is high quality (Big Z). Shaving job was done alright. The fur designs were pretty accurate. Only the anatomy of the head was not accurate to me reference. I was not contacted about many details about my commission.

Final CommentsMakes design decisions quick without you knowing it. Suits look goofy and "off" but still hold quality.

  2. Okay thats fine. Things happen ya know? Im just grateful that my commission was made well. Please be specific about details on refsheets and about discussion about features. You very vague about and I just want to remind you that miscommunications happen A LOT with this kind of thing. On top of that I think you should offer more material and shape options to features! I hope you can take this constructive criticism so you can be more successful in what you do.

  3. I should have picked the nukes creations base and thats my bad. BUT I thought you would communicate more about the shape of the head because after you contacted me about the ears the entire head base was done before that and I asked for non crossed eyed look and left it without any brow construction so that itll look “forward”. I get its your first one but you should have took your time about asking what what I specifically wanted her to look like. We both assumed things and its OK. You’re learning and im happy i was the first one to help out with a fully carved creation. If you wanna avoid this issue with anyone that prefers “forward” looking eyes, mischief makers (retired maker) youtube has a tutorial on eye building so you’ll know what I’m talking about.
