Visual Satisfaction symmetry looks decent , nothing is off to notice , markings are perfect for the character. shaving is great other than on the mouth i can see white backing standing up , also on the left side there seems to be a glue spot that’s stuck under the fur its a hard bump and noticeable when up close. , fur is fine its all very short on face and long on neck it transitions fine. i love how from the front view it looks quite cute and derpy where as from side view he looks serious , it fits what i wanted from the head. the overall head matches the concept art. only issue i do want to point out after i got him the seams on his ears wear very loose and it was white thread on black ears/grey fur , they unraveled pretty easily so i resewed them both. Body Wear Satisfaction the body fits fine , nice movement , can lift my arms up high and sit down etc very good movement for a body that’s padded quite alot , durability not so good , more seams came undone , the only ones that where secure where the machine sewn parts , the hand sewn parts ~( radio symbol on back / yellow rib markings ) the seams came undone after the first meet i went. also the Lycra holding the padding came undone. basically most hand sewn stuff was not sewn properly or rushed as there were big gaps between each part. i will be paying a uk maker to fix these issues ( i asked yami first and he was ok with that) , inside is nice lower part is completely Lycra from hips to lower legs , it keeps cool and nice air flow Visual Satisfaction i didn’t like how big the thighs/ hips padding where originally but it has grown on me , symmetry in markings is fine , everything is all ok , transition from short to long is perfect. fur is nice , feels good and its good quality colors are fine Hands and Feet Wear Satisfaction hands are a little small and compact but there okay if i get someone to help put the second one on , no flesh is shown from stretching etc , again on one of the paws the seams came undone , i think it was due to rushing . i sewn it back up and it seems ok. feet paws have no shoe inside so they kept slipping of me and turning in on themselves after walking a bit , i think i might commission some new ones with a shoe inside. , both hands and feet are lined with Lycra nice and cool Visual Satisfaction all looks ok no backing showing and clean look to them , claws on hands could have been angled better then face inwards on some rather than outwards but that’s minor , i lobe how the hands have rat type paw padding i wasn’t expecting it and its awesome.hands pads made out of minky with fur on top , claws are minky too. Tails Wear Satisfaction tail is attached to the body suit its nice , has lots of movement and not as heavy as expecting. seems durable , nothing on it to fall of , ive had people step on it at a con and no tearing or seams showing, it looks right Visual Satisfaction its fine in symmetry , fits the character design , no shaving as its minky , feels super soft i live the materials used it fits for a rat suit only issue it does have what seems to be a glue stain on it Overall Product Satisfaction How was your concept art realized? fits perfectly How well does everything fit together and match up? everything is perfect with that Overall Project Quality i love how it looks i just wish more time was spent on construction , and sewing tighter , if i didn’t make suits myself id be lost as to how to fix the seams. Purchase Process Initial Contact it was fast and they had alot of interest i had been waiting for the maker to be open for a while and when they did i got my quote in as soon as , they started on the base straight after and a day later had the base ready Maker Response Time it was okay at times , sometimes i had to message again ,but personal issues was the causes of that Maker Professionalism it was okay, they got back to me about fur etc and major parts Project Completion Time it was longer than i was expecting yamis suits are usually quick but there was no deadline. Final Comments pros , i love yamis style , her heads have expression that i don’t see in many other makers , friendly, relaxed approach , yamis suits just look awesome cons , seams come undone , waiting with no updates for a while , customs to uk killed me 500£ that’s not including shipping etc , taking on new commissions when they already have a que overall , i love the suit , but am a little let down with how bad the hand sewn seams where done , just needed to take more time and sew then closer and tighter and use the right color thread , i don’t regret commissioning yami as i love the suit , its character is amazing and ill be sure to have lots of more fun in him Are you the maker of this item?
