The front of my face does not rub against anything when the head is worn, save for the balaclava, but it is very soft and breathable. The ventilation in the head is pretty standard; it does heat up inside the head, but the carving was done so that there was ample room inside the muzzle for a fan to be installed. As for airflow the head is very breathable due to venting spots in front and behind of the ears, as well as a large venting hole for the mouth. The vision in this head is impeccable. I can see everything in front of me clearly with surprisingly wide peripherals. I do have to tilt my head up and down to see above and below me, but looking side to side my field of view is very wide and the mesh used allows for the vision to be clear. Visual Satisfaction The symmetry of the foam base is absolutely wonderful; nothing appears lopsided or uneven at all. The shaving on the face is done pretty well; the line between the jaw and the cheeks allows for a wonderful fluffy look to the cheeks, but it does have two small bald spots on the left side of the muzzle where the backing shows, although they are only easy to spot when very up-close. The fur is not airbrushed and is very very soft and fluffy; it has wonderful bounce and reacts wonderfully to movement. The fur is easy to clean and brush and usually only needs a small spray of an isopropyl alcohol solution and a gentle brush to look brand new. The overall appearance is wonderful, although there are a few small spots where thread and hot glue shows through. However, none of the things I have noticed are obviously visible. Hands and Feet Wear Satisfaction The hand and foot paws are very comfortable and soft inside. They allow for great movement, but the feet are a bit too big for me. They’re easy to slip on and off. The handpaws are very durable-feeling, however they do have several spots on the ends of the fingers that have been shaved to the backing. The footpaws were furred without any sewing, only hot glue. After one day at Further Confusion, the fur between the toes and the ankle piece on the right footpaw had completely split, and I ended up having to sew it back together. The footpaws are built off slippers so they are very soft on the inside. The handpaws aren’t lined but the backing is very soft are does not irritate my skin at all. Visual Satisfaction The symmetry of the footpaws is amazing and the shape is absolutely perfect. The shaving on the toes is great and contrasts against the long fur on the ankle. The handpaws look good, and the pawpads are made of very soft, stuffed minky, and have a very cute, plush appearance. The fur is the same used on the head and tail and is very soft and fluffy. Tails Wear Satisfaction The tail is INCREDIBLY BOUNCY! It’s so cute! It’s easy to wear and put on. The seams are durable and the straps are spaced/sewn wonderfully. It can be pulled without tearing. Visual Satisfaction The symmetry is great and the fur direction follows the curvature of the tail. Overall Product Satisfaction How was your concept art realized? This suit matched the concept art perfectly. How well does everything fit together and match up? I’m very satisfied with how the costume fits and matches. Overall Project Quality The quality reflects the price paid, so I have no issue with little things being off or needing to be fixed.
