Features: None Photos of Completed Product Overall Initial ContactI had no problem getting in contact with them! I saw the suit listed on TheDealersDen, had a couple questions, and reached out on Instagram, where they responded super quickly and were very helpful. Maker CommunicationIn general, the communication has been great. There were a few times where there was a gap in communication, but I believe they were due to family/pet health concerns, and I was always followed up within a few days. Project Completion TimeThe head, hands, and tail were purchased as a premade, and were shipped very quickly, and the delays I experienced were the fault of USPS and not them. The feetpaws I commissioned after the fact and I was never given a hard deadline, but I was hoping to receive the feetpaws before FE 2023. There were some delays due to what I believe were family issues that prevented them from finishing the paws before the con, but in general the time it took was about expected and I can't complain much. Overall Project QualityI am super satisfied with the quality of the suit, and I can see myself wearing it for a very long time. For the first suit I've owned it is amazing quality, and there really isn't anything I can complain about. I think it is very much worth the price I paid for it, as I am absolutely in love with the character and suit I was able to adopt. TLC has also been amazing to work with, communication has generally been pretty good, and overall I can't be more happy with my suit. Components Head Wear SatisfactionThe head fits great! It is a really nice, snug fit, and once I figured out there was a cutout for the nose in it it works great and is pretty comfortable. The balaclava material used to line the head is super nice and seems to absorb sweat well and such. The mouth has a very nice and wide opening for good ventilation which is very nice. The vision is alright, there is a somewhat decent blind spot in the middle and semi-limited peripheral, but overall it isn't bad. There is very little vision below straight where you are looking, but this isn't too hard to adapt to by just leaning your body. Visual SatisfactionThe head looks great, and is overall very cute! the shaving is nice and even, the spots and everything are symmetrical, and the snoot is to die for. The way the base was sculpted is great, and works great for an amazingly cute dog character! The swappable hair and tongue are also a great touch, as well as the velcro eyelids that came with the head. The only complaint I would have is that the neck fur is very short on the sides of the head, and sometimes I feel like I can't fully cover the skin on my neck with it, but everything else seems great. Hands Wear SatisfactionThe handpaws are super nice to wear! They are lined with a great wetsuit-type material as far as I can tell, and works super well to wick sweat and make the hands very nice to wear. They are nice and snug around the wrists which makes them a bit difficult to get on or put back on after being worn for a while, but in general they are great. The 4 fingers are nice and big, which makes doing much while wearing them a challenge, but they are super cute and that's just a side effect. They seem very durable, and I haven't worried about them while wearing them much. Visual SatisfactionThey look amazing, the 4 big fingers are super cute, and the way the spotted pawpads were done look awesome! The pawpads look a little bit wrinkly sometimes, but it isn't anything super significant. Overall, I am super satisfied with how they look and feel. Tail Wear SatisfactionThe tail is very nice to wear, super waggable and light. The belt loop is super secure, with a plastic part where it attaches to keep that part flat and strong, which is great. Visual SatisfactionThe tail looks great, wags nicely and is just very nice to wear. It is slightly smaller than I may have expected, but works great. The fur on the side of the tail that is against my legs mattes kind of quickly, but it is a long pile fur so I expect that, and it is able to be pretty easily brushed out. Otherwise, it looks great and matches the character really well. Feet Wear SatisfactionThe feet are extremely nice to wear, as they just feel like wearing slippers. There isn't a shoe built in and your foot is just held by stuffing, but it hasn't ever felt like it was going to slip off super easily. They are outdoor paws, and the foam/material used on the soles seems nice and durable, and isn't too slippery for walking around most types of surfaces. Visual SatisfactionThe paws look super nice and clean, the fur is super soft and easy to manage, with a nice shaved part on the toes. I have wanted to get a suit since joining the fandom in 2019, and I am so happy I decided to buy one from them. I would highly recommend TLC for anyone, the quality is great, and they are great too.
