We discussed with certain types of flaws within the suit itself as well, but the main problem was the heaviness of the tail. The maker suggested making changes and using ecofoam since it is lighter. We have yet to discuss when this will happen. Features: None Concept Art Photos of Completed Product Overall Initial ContactVery easy. We were friends beforehand and have expressed multiple times with them that I would commission them! They sent me a quote form via Telegram. (This is not how they professionally send quote forms, etc. You will need to do it via their site.) Maker CommunicationThis maker exceeded past my expectations. They were accommodating, asking questions they were unsure about, sent multiple wips and lets you know their schedule for the suit. They treated me with absolute kindness and was patient with me, and vice versa. They were fully transparent with certain issues that was going on before the commission and during the commission as well. The conversations were very business-like. We communicated through Telegram without a problem. Project Completion TimeOutstandingly fast. I am satisfied with how quick is was done! I was the only person in queue, and the initial deadline was before and or ready for MFF pickup in 2022. The completion time was unsure and was given that it could potentially not be done by MFF. It was shipped in a timely matter and quite quickly. Since the shipping didn't take long due to being in the same state. They used UPS and I covered shipping fee and insurance fee via Paypal. The parcel was delayed by a day (Im unsure why) but was delivered the following morning. Overall Project QualityI am very happy with the outcome of this project! I believed in my maker to bring my fursona to life in such a beautiful way. Like I have listed before, there are MANY amazing types of features and qualities put into this suit and I love it a ton! I'm happy with the colors chosen and how seamless everything looks from head to tail. I have not experienced any damages from the suit whatsoever. Great durability and can be roughhoused with easily. It was defiantly worth the price. The deadline for this suit was before MFF 2022 (December). It was done 2 months earlier which was unexpected. The suit looks like it can last for a very long time. When all the pieces are worn together, it looks wonderful! The tail really brings out my fursona and makes them stand out easily without question. The colors all work together and very close accuracy to the concept art. This project looks very similar to their other work as well and I have expected much. I am very satisfied and appreciate the work they put into my suit and tried out new things along the line! Components Head Wear SatisfactionThe head is sturdy and withstand roughhousing, throwing and light tugging. The head is quite heavyweight and sometimes pushes weight onto your head if looking down for a longer period of time. The stitches on the head is quite strong and has a seamless look to it. Although with any fursuit, you'd want to still be cautious of stitches and seams to make sure you do not stretch or break them. The head tuft is a delicate place and is not a preference to hold by at all. The head is lined on the inside with a balaclava. The neck stays unlined. Light cleaning is a-okay, but a deep cleaning is just as great and needed. The head overall is spacious and breathable! My glasses fit as a necessary requirement. Great ventilation and vision even though it has a big blindspot! Sometimes it gets muffled to hear people and sometimes my ears are squished at certain angles. Visual SatisfactionI am very satisfied with how it looks! What appeals to me the most is his eyes, both the eyes and blinks are hand painted. The symmetry looks great and some areas are very unnoticeable if one marking is bigger than the other. I find it very accurate to my fursona and I am very happy with how it looks like! The shaving is consistent between each type of fur color and gives a seamless look. The material of the fur is very soft and easy to shave without problem. The expression is very cute, at certain angles you can see his tongue and at other times you aren't able to. The eyes are follow-me and looks great in all directions! The head matches with the concept art mostly! I did wish I could have suggested making the light blue under his eyes a little bigger since its a bit thinned out and pushed more outwards rather than downwards. Besides that tiny mistake on my part for not mentioning it earlier in the process, I am still quite happy with out they turned out! Hands Wear SatisfactionThe paws are a bit larger than average. Makes it a bit difficult to hold certain objects without needing to take them off immediately to doing so. They have tons of room and breathable for my hands! One flaw was that they were lined with fleece rather than spandex or any other sweat-absorbing material. The paws seem quite durable yet feels a bit limited with certain movements. (Due to them being quite large.) Cleaning is needed quite often due to the interior lining although they're washer/dryer safe! Visual SatisfactionThere is a bit of asymmetry but its not very noticeable. The fingers all face the same direction. Shaving is consistent and are very nice. Seamless look! Easy to brush and the fur is very soft. I enjoy the colors chosen, as I was also able to decide which colors are best for my fursuit. Fits concept art. Although since the character has a minor change in the paws now that I will need to request new paws someday from either the same maker or a different one. Tail Wear SatisfactionThe tail is very heavy and becomes a floor dragger because of this. Needs frequent cleaning. Each individual fish is sewn into safely, but being cautious not pulling on it too hard. Moving is a bit limited and makes it sag if trying to sway side by side. This makes it uncomfortable to wear due to these factors. Very durable though! Visual SatisfactionAsymmetrical to make it have like a water effect and different fish placements on purpose. No shaving was needed. Each fish is equally the same size and different variety of colors as shown in concept art! Semi-easy to brush but sometimes the fish gets in the way. Bit difficult to remove certain stains without a deep scrub/cleaning. Great colors and works well together! Fluffy water, haha Hoping to request in some changes for the tail so I could be able to use it more and enjoy wearing it without feeling uncomfortable or dragged down by it. Special FeaturesThere are quite a few special features! The tail and eyes is UV reactive The fish reflection in the eyes glow in the dark!! Two expressions eyebrows: Angry and Tired Connected by velcro, just attach them to the eyes. Gently hold down the eyeliner and pully lightly on the attachable to remove them.
