Most everything I needed to know was on their website as well. I first messaged them on Instagram and got a reply right away. Maker CommunicationMost cases I was answered right away or within a business day. Was always treated well and like my questions or concerns mattered Project Completion TimeTook almost exactly a year from my first communication to having the suit in hand. Really fast by today's standards. Took a while to ship due to personal emergency but that's fine. Overall Project QualityThe suit looks seamless when it's all put together. All the fur and different edges match up or conceal perfectly.the fur lengths are well thought out and add to the character. It feels about as strong as a sewn costume can and should be able to take somewhat of a beating. I was surprised at how comfortable it was to wear as well Components Head Wear SatisfactionHead fits just snug enough where it's super comfy. The lining is very soft and absorbent. It breaths super well and I've never stuffy. The vision is amazing and no real blind spot in front. I can also see out of the mouth looking down and see my feet which is super helpful with stairs. I can jam my glasses in but it's really not comfortable. I didn't ask for the extra space tho. Visual SatisfactionThe expression is just what I wanted and all the markings and features look symmetrical. The shaving is perfect and even. The fur is sooo fluffy and soft and has little Tufts in all the right places. One-Piece Body Wear SatisfactionThe suit fits my body perfectly and gives me just enough movement. It breaths about as well as you'd expect. The sewing looks super strong and should last. There's a small flap over the zipper so it's easy to pull up and not get the long fur trapped. Visual SatisfactionAgain, super soft and fluffy fur. It feels and looks silky. All the shaving is good and I love the chest and belly fur. All the markings look good and even. You really cant see the zipper or seems unless you're really looking. Hands Wear SatisfactionI have very large hand so the don't fit 100% perfect but they don't slide off or anything. They're line with a wet suit like material that absorbs sweat well so they've never felt gross and it's super soft on the skin. The feel durable and should last a while. Visual SatisfactionThey look super nice. The fingers are shaved well and even. Everything looks uniform. The fingers and paw pads have the perfect amount of stuffing. Tail Wear SatisfactionBelt loop style tail and the loops seem super tough. It's surprising light too a few times I thought I forgot to put it on or completely forgot I had a tail moving around. Visual SatisfactionAmazing. The fur length is super flowy and bouncy. The tail bounces and wags just the right amount and the curl is perfect. Feet Wear SatisfactionThey're a slipper style foot which makes them very comfy. Quilted liner is soft and durable. I've been on long walks with them and my feet have never gotten tired. They seem fairly durable. The bottoms are foam mat and aren't showing any wear yet. Visual SatisfactionEvery thing looks good. Just the right size to be toony but not too huge to be goofy.
