Overall

Initial ContactInitial contact was easy. I found out about the maker through Twitter and applied for a slot during their opening.
I provided measurements for head/hands/feet.

Maker CommunicationThe maker communicated not directly but through their partner, who does all the communication/business side while the maker focuses on fursuit building.
I received regular updates on the progress and gave input throughout the project.

Response time was okay.

Project Completion TimeCompletion time was pretty much as expected. They gave regular updates and I could follow the queue through Trello.
The suit was hand delivered in their home town.

Overall Project Quality7/10

Overall I am happy with the suit, minus some issues which are detailed in each category.

Components

Head

Wear SatisfactionThe weight of the head is light. Foam Base. Inside it's lined with neoprene for easy maintenance.
Vision is okay to mildy bad. The position of my eyes does not match the eyes of the fursuit head well, I can see good above me but have a huge blindspot for everything that's directly in front and slightly below me.
I have given exact measurements of my head/eyes, so I don't know why this misalignment is so big.

Ventilation is decent but not great, as my mouth is not relatively closed.

Visual SatisfactionI am quite happy with how the head looks. The fur seems to be high quality and matches perfectly the color I wanted.
Shaving of the fur is very good and it's perfectly symmetric.

Hands

Wear SatisfactionThe hands are well made and fit great. They are well padded and only slide off a little with excessive movement, which is fine for me.
They are quite puffy though, so grabbing and holdings things is difficult.

They have included a squeaker in each hand palm. They work and sound good but are q bit difficult to trigger. I would have liked if they were easier to activate.

I had asked them if they could make the hand paws webbed (as the character is an otter) but unfortunately they were unable to do that.

Visual SatisfactionThey look very nice and soft. No complains here.

Tail

Wear SatisfactionThe tail is medium/long, soft and has a hole where the belt goes through. The tail fits good and quality seems nice.

Visual SatisfactionThe tail looks good and is symmetric. Fur has good quality.

Feet

Wear SatisfactionI have ordered a pair of indoor and outdoor feetpaws. The difference being, that the outdoor feetpaws have a gym mat as the sole glued on and the indoor feetpaws have a plushy bean/paw pattern.
Both indoor and outdoor feetpaws are sockpaws. This works well for the indoor feetpaws but is unfortunately quite bad for the outdoor feetpaws.

Movement in the outdoor feetpaws is very difficult and uncomfortable for extended periods. You can basically only slow walk in them, running/dancing our any fast movement is impossible. The fit very loose and slide off over time so you have to adjust them with extended use.

There was a small issue where the glue of the gym mat came off. Apparently this was caused by washing the outdoor feetpaws in the washing machine. I was not informed prior that the outdoor feetpaws can only be handwashed. They apologized for the miscommunication. Luckily the damage was minor and could be repaired using glue.

Overall, I am happy with the indoor feetpaws but disappointed in the outdoor feetpaws.

Visual SatisfactionThey look good, especially the indoor feetpaws.

YES This review has been marked with a positive rating.
This means the reviewer would recommend EvilMakers.

Final CommentsIf you want a partial and you have a budget below 3K then this maker is definitely recommended. Overall the quality you recieve for your money is good but there is room for improvement in some areas.
I do not quite recommend the outdoor feetpaws though, especially if you intend to do activities like running/dancing in them.
