Few updates were given and at times no one could get in touch. Project Completion TimeOverall, the time for completion was not terribly long, but majority of the time you were left in the dark. Even when the suit was "completed", there was no communication for almost a month regarding shipping. Overall Project QualityDissatisfied: While I love my fursuit and am happy to have it. The amount of issues and quality issues are unacceptable for a maker with over 10 years of experience. Between constant communication issues, or lack there of, being lied to, missing deadlines with no notice until later, not being given much progress notice, and overall poor business practice, this experience was disappointing and upsetting. As of writing this the suit is currently getting a refurbishing. Components Head Wear SatisfactionFits comfortable, a bit big but is fine for me. Good visibility. Satisfied with how it fits. Visual SatisfactionDissatisfied with the visual appearance. Had bald spots, uneven shaving, crusty glue, eye blanks that you can see through to the green foam, eye mesh was never sealed properly, teeth have black thread, carve is choppy and uneven in areas. One-Piece Body Wear SatisfactionDissatisfied with how it fits. Limbs are too short, body is too big. Feels like it wasn't formed properly and is very tubular. I had also lost weight after making the dtd, and after addressing multiple times saying I can give new measurements, they never acknowledged it. Visual SatisfactionVisual is fairly satisfied. Other than being oddly fitted, markings are done alright, color is correct. Though it had parts not stitched or not shaven right. Hands Wear SatisfactionFairly satisfied. Final CommentsI hope Twisted Leopard can improve in the future, but as of now, how the business is ran and the quality of suits are unacceptable. If you are getting a suit from them, you will eventually get it as I do believe they want to get through the queue, but it will have many quality issues and be hard to communicate with.
