Overall Project QualityOverall satisfaction: I am over the MOON with how my maker made Sunkist. He is a very special character to me, one that can bring out my more goofy and energetic side. I lost almost all of my suits in a devastating car fire a few months ago, and I could not ask for a better present for Christmas than this. Roadie has gone above and beyond to listen to all of my requests, and to get the suit done in under a month and a half. The suit head is built on a West Customs Bovine/Cow base, and is one of the most lightweight suit heads I have ever worn. He is just the right amount of tight to the face and breathable to make him an absolute joy to wear. All of his markings and details are to die for, and are so well made and sewn that I did, indeed, cry after I got off of my livestream unboxing. He is one of the most high quality suits I have worn to this day, and I have worn a lot of bigger suit maker's heads. None were as high quality as this head, even built on a premade base. I have tossed him around, accidentally kicked him (sorry, bestie), and poked his eyes a few times by accident, and nothing other than a few strands of hair have fallen off or broken on him. I am pretty rough with my suits because of my disabilities, and he holds up EXCEPTIONALLY well. No popped seams, no eyes falling out, no ears ripping. Nothing. Highest quality sewing job I have ever seen or touched. This was a gift suit, so I might be a little biased. But no matter what I feel, if you are reading this and are thinking about getting a suit commissioned in the future, I beg you to give MonsterMarscupial a chance, and to join the family! Components Head Wear SatisfactionFit: The head is built on a West Customs cow/bovine headbase, and fits EXTREMELY well. I have a lot of sensory issues, and like my heads just a little tighter on me, and pressing up against my nose. I told Roadie these things, and they delivered with FLYING colours! 10/10 Ventilation: This is the most breathable suit I have ever owned and worn. I took him to an event where the room was filled to capacity (40+ people), and I had no issue wearing him for 4+ hours with no break while also interacting with kids and parents. 10/10 Vision: I have almost no issue seeing in him! I already have pretty bad eyesight, but his eyes posed little issue! The only time I can't see out of him is when his bangs and hair get in the way. But I just put his bandana on to pull the hair back a little bit and I am just fine! I am not docking points because of a wearer's issue! 10/10 Visual SatisfactionSymmetry: I gave Roadie an old reference image, told them that the original maker wanted things changed in any head or suit I got of him, and Roadie did the rest! He is a cow, so there is almost no symmetry involved except for the nose! I love him so so so much, and Roadie did an AMAZING job! 10/10 Shaving: I can't say I have any issue with the shaving at all! He is well shaven down, with no bald spots whatsoever that I can notice or see! 10/10 Material look/feel: Everything is so soft and plush! I can't put him down half the time! The inside of his head is fully lined in a soft neoprene that matches his tongue and the inside of his ears, so it makes him even more comfortable to wear! 10/10 Expression and Appearance: I am over the MOON with how much I love the way he looks. I gave Roadie express artistic liberty and a colour pallet to go along with it, and they did wonders! I couldn't ask for a better maker to take him on than Roadie. I have no complaints about anything they did with him, and I am so glad I trusted Roadie with this project. 10/10 Does it match concept art: Roadie modified the suit head design to what the original maker of his sold head asked us to change to a T. The only thing they followed was the colours and horn placement. Again, very VERY pleased with how he came out! 10/10 Special FeaturesHe comes with a pair of eyelids, a pair of eyelashes, and two removable Velcro tounges!
