I filled out a quote form first, then applied and got accepted when commissions opened! I first found out about the maker through Twitter. We communicated through email to get the process started, and it was super easy! Maker CommunicationI'm extremely satisfied with the level of communication from MadebyMercury! She always sent updates and let me know when things were in progress! She sent me lots of work in progress pictures too! She was super nice and professional and I loved working with her! Project Completion TimeI'm satisfied with the time it took to complete the project! I didn't have any concerns because she always posted updates about what projects were being worked on, and what was next! It was finished in about 8 months or so, and although it was being shipped from the UK it got here to the US in just a couple days! Overall Project QualityI'm extremely happy with the product! I have had it for almost 3 years now with no issues! No seams have popped at all, and everything still looks great and has held up amazingly well. Components Head Wear SatisfactionThe head is incredibly lightweight and comfy to wear! Out of all of the fursuits I own (I have 4) this head is the lightest and comfiest! The ventilation is great and the vision is really good with the 2D eyes! I got removable Velcro eyelids and they work great and don't reduce the vision too much! The inside of the head is lined, and even includes a cute Made by Mercury tag inside the neck! The seams are super clean and professionally done! Visual SatisfactionI'm extremely happy with how my fursuit head looks! She has that silly 2D cartoon stare without the eyelids, and a sassy, girly expression with the eyelids which is just what I wanted! The ears are my favorite part, Mercury did an amazing job capturing the detailed stripes on the inner ears! The fur is all super high quality and the seams are super clean and sturdy. The symmetry is basically perfect from what I can tell! I absolutely love my fursuit head and there are no flaws! Hands Wear SatisfactionThe hands are so comfortable and easy to wear for long periods of time! Since they are mostly unlined, it does help to wear athletic material gloves with them, but that's with all unlined paws! They have great dexterity and the pawpads being flat vinyl helps with that. I don't have any complaints on the fit! Visual SatisfactionThe pawpads are super cute and I love the extra minky detailing on the claws to give them a bit more depth! The puffy fingers are so cute! Feet Wear SatisfactionThe feet are outdoor feetpaws with neoprene claws with minky detailing like the handpaws! These paws are the most lightweight and comfortable feetpaws, they are so amazing! They are lined inside (no shoe) and are so comfortable to wear for long periods of time. I can walk or run around for long periods of time with no issues. They feel like they hug my feet and keep them in place but aren't too tight! I can't say enough good things about them! Visual SatisfactionThe feetpaws look super cute! They are on the smaller side rather than being large stomy paws and I think they are both adorable and functional that way! I love the contrast of the teal claws with the brown fur.
