His ventilation is surprisingly good considering the fact that the mouth is a bit small. i wouldn’t wear him if i felt like i was suffocating and i feel perfectly fine in him His vision is the best you’re gonna get in a suit. obviously theres blindspots but they’re all relatively small His horns add a bit of weight to the head so it pushes down on my nose a little bit. therefore wearing him for awhile irritates my skin. but by all means its an easy fix, im just lazy overall i love wearing him Visual Satisfaction There is not a single thing wrong with his appearance. in fact, grape even helped me a little on his design to make him look better. all his fur is shaved down evenly for an extremely smooth finish. theres no exposed glue from glueing the fleece (i think thats what it is) around the eyes, nor around the horns. the stitching is practically seamless, it looks like one piece of fur. Grape was able to perfectly match Mars grumpy aesthetic which i’m living for. Mars 1.0 looked all cutesy, which was fine. i dont blame Mars 1.0’s maker. but Mars 2.0 really expresses how much he straight up doesn’t like anyone or anything Hands and Feet Wear Satisfaction I absolutely adore Mars paws. they’re extremely comfortable and easy to wear. Instead of a fleece lining a jersey like material was used which really helps keeping your hands cool instead of all sweaty. the paws fix perfectly fine. they dont slide off unless i fling them off. it is a bit hard to hold bigger objects like phones because the pawpads are stuffed, but when are you holding your phone while suiting? his paws are machine washable, so you just toss them in the washer and let them air dry after. of corse you have to carefully brush them, but other than that its an easy process to clean them. Visual Satisfaction Like his head, his paws matched his design perfectly. Overall Product Satisfaction How well does everything fit together and match up? Overall, Mars 2.0 is a very well made suit. All of the furs match up perfectly with each other and they’re exactly the colors i wanted. i couldnt of asked for a better suit. This was the first head base Grape made on their own, all their other head bases have been premades. though even though they used premade head bases, their style of how they fur suits stays consistent across the board. all made with extreme care and fine craftsmanship. Overall Project Quality Im very happy with the quality! in fact, while making Mars i was allowed to assist with making his base. so i even leaned a bit of fursuit making. I dont doubt this head will last me years to come Purchase Process Initial Contact Grape is a friend of mine, so contact is easy. though from what ive heard they reply as fast as they can to quotes. Maker Response Time Im very happy! while making suits, grape is also a college student. i expected them to take longer to reply due to the fact they’re a student, but they replied very fast. Maker Professionalism Very happy! Grape has perfected the act of being very professional but still hyper friendly while working with. I was updated with WIP pictures every time Mars was worked on, they explained what they were doing along with what they wanted to accomplish in a day, and they answered all my questions if any were asked. Project Completion Time They finished Mars was sooner than i expected. Mars was a gift suit, so their actual paying commissioners suits had to be worked on before Mars. They worked on Mars if they had freetime. So while working on other commissions and being a college student they finished Mars head in 4 months, which to me was pretty fast.
