Photos of Completed Product Head Wear Satisfaction When the head was shipped without padding [so it was just a head in a box no peanuts or paper] it arrived with the eye mesh popped in and a snapped hinge. this affected the wear as without the hinge holding the lower jaw in place it warped in. Even with the new hinge piece installed it curves in. the whole head is lined very nicely which makes it harder to fix the warped aspects. It digs into my face right around the ear and makes wearing the head that has such good vision and ventilation hard due to the pain. Once the fan connector was fixed the head was easier to wear but the hinge issue is persistent Visual Satisfaction The eyes were an easy fix. along with some minor glue spots, I had to trim away some glue on one of the antlers. There was a huge hole at the back of the head, which I stitched closed. I really like the look and that why I had bought the head in the first place. The fur is this super nice peach/cream color thats not even found in the states but it looks so good on the head. Overall Product Satisfaction How well does everything fit together and match up? I just bought a pre-made head, but the maker did supply the links to the fur! It matches and I’ve made a tail, and hand claws to match. Overall Project Quality The head was of good quality, there was a fan included the connector bit needed to be swapped out to fit american bits. Overall I really like the head and its pretty and expressive. i just can’t wear to long. Purchase Process Initial Contact English was not their first language and it was pretty hard to communicate Maker Response Time Usually within a day. Maker Professionalism I kinda felt lied to when the furbuy listing said it was complete but later she said it wasn’t and I’m not sure if this was just an error in the translation, or it was an oversight? I think she was very professional. most issues were from the language barrier we were communicating but not really understanding each other well. Project Completion Time I bought what was advertised as complete in May and then spent the next 2 months thinking I’d been scammed, complete with proof of life photos from the maker. I think this was all just a language barrier but, It was very nerve wracking and tbh wouldn’t have bought it if I had known it wasn’t complete because I try to avoid the whole pay and wait ordeal for non commissions. Final Comments I wish she’d added some padding to the box, the international shipping why wouldn’t you put packing in the box? Everything else were minor fixes, compared to the hinge. I really think this was a miscommunication/break down in communication. I thought the head was done and it wasn’t but that took several notes before I got the answer, or understood it.
