INCREDIBLY responsive and knows what they are doing. Initially communicated with via twitter. Project Completion TimeShipped within a week of payment, got opened at customs (I don't blame them, "mascot head" sounds interesting to me too) Overall Project QualityIncredibly satisfied with this fursuit. I had a minor incident which was totally my fault where the jaw (tongue teeth etc) fell out of the lower mouth but could easily be reinstalled with a little hot glue. Overall great build quality and beautiful work. Especially pleased with the horse hair whiskers which make the suit extra lifelike despite the fun pink colour. The project exceeded my expectations and the maker was incredibly responsive and helpful with helping me understand the work and process put into the suit. Components Head Wear SatisfactionIncredibly comfortable, It is secured to your head using sturdy elastic around the back of your head as well as a zipper on the back of the head. The ventilation is great and I can breathe well and the vision is better than expected for a realistic head Visual SatisfactionThe head is beautifully made, there was great attention to detail in the sewing and airbrush markings. The shaving is incredibly clean and no backing is visible on any part of the head. Hands Wear Satisfactioncomfortable, although they aren't lined (this was not expected to be done) but the edges of the fur have lining around them to prevent fraying of the fur backing which is a great detail Visual SatisfactionThe paws look beautiful and feel super sturdy and quite convincing too. Tail Wear SatisfactionThe tail is very sturdy and has loops along the top for your belt made of durable strapping material. Visual SatisfactionThe tail is the most stunning part of the suit, all of the stripes are sewn and no airbrushing is used on it which is incredibly impressive. The detail is remarkable. Feet Wear SatisfactionThe paws are very comfortable but a bit big on my feet. They are slipper style which makes them great for lounging around the house in but I would need to wear heavy socks or shoes to wear the paws for prolonged periods due to looseness, which is to be expected with this style of foot Visual SatisfactionVery beautiful and they match the rest of the suit well.
