Maker CommunicationHe was very good with communication and was fast to respond to any questions I had. The maker provided many updates and I never was left to wonder where my suit was or how it was doing. He was very nice and friendly and I felt that my money was sent to good hands Project Completion TimeFor the head it was sent out within the week or so that I had ordered it. The paws had a delay due to supply issues, which was no fault of the maker and the maker made sure to communicate that clearly with me before I commissioned the paws. Once started, the paws were finished within a month or so. The lining is soft and it does not have any seams/hot glue poking out anywhere. Excellent ventilation and vision. Visual SatisfactionThe shave job is some of the cleanest I've ever seen. The head is very symmetrical. The fur is super soft to touch. I love his grumpy expression and teeth the most. One of the ladder stitched seams by the ear came undone but it was an easy fix for me to do Hands Wear Satisfaction(I commissioned these paws a few months after purchasing the premade. These were designed by me) They are very comfortable and soft. They are lined with lycra and it absorbs sweat nicely. I haven't had the opportunity to wear these to any events yet but I imagine that these paws will last me many years! Visual SatisfactionI'm in love with these paws. The size matches perfectly with the character and are so much fun to wear. They are big and poofy. The maker did an excellent job with the custom shaped paw pads.
