Features: None Photos of Completed Product Overall Initial ContactHyperlynx was for sale in the Dealer's Den at Blue Ridge Furfare 2022, so I was able to speak with the maker in person. Maker CommunicationThe maker was very kind, patient, accommodating, and professional! She was kind enough to put Hyperlynx on hold for me for a day, as I was having trouble with my bank card on the first day. (If you're reading this, I seriously can't thank you enough!) Project Completion TimeNot applicable, since I bought the suit premade in person. Overall Project QualityOverall I adore Hyperlynx, this fursuit brings me so much joy and was worth every penny! I can tell she was made with a lot of love and care. She is just so CUTE and sparkly and unique. To be honest this suit was kind of an impulse buy (don't judge me, I was Going Through Some Stuff at the time!) because it was love at first sight when I saw Hyperlynx in the Dealer's Den. Every event I go to, people LOVE her, even people who aren't furries. I feel awesome when I wear her and see the smiles I put on everyone's faces. My friends and family tell me that Hyperlynx really suits my personality even though she was a premade. Hyperlynx just has a lot of personality in general! The durability is strong, a testament to the maker's skill, as it has held up even being worn by a hyperactive spaz like myself. I can't say more without repeating what I've already said, but I just love this adorable fursuit so much! Components Head Wear SatisfactionThe inside of the head is lined which feels comfortable to wear. The finishing on the inside is perfect, there's nothing stabbing or poking me. It fits a little snug, but since the suit is premade and not tailor-made to my big ol' head, it isn't the maker's fault at all. If anything it keeps the head on right while I'm running around! I have never worn another fursuit head, so I don't have a frame of reference for vision and ventilation. From what I have heard from other fursuiters, it seems to me the blind spots are the same as most fursuits (peripherals, snout). I do have some difficulty breathing, but again, I have heard that fursuits are just like that. I have had no issues cleaning the head, I clean it after each use, and it does not smell or anything. Visual SatisfactionHyperlynx is an ADORABLE fursuit. I cannot overstate this. She has some really unique features. I love the colors of her design, the star markings on her cheeks, the sparkly eyeliner, the paint job on the follow me eyes, the little sparkly strands in the purple fur, I LOVE IT!!! It's also fun to poke the pickable nose. The fur is definitely high quality luxury shag, it's soft, looks great, and it's easy to brush. The shaving was done well, she is fluffy in all the right spots for a lynx. As far as symmetry goes, the base is symmetrical and looks really great. If I'm being honest there are a few minor spots of asymmetry in the markings but it isn't a big deal to me. It's not important compared to the overall awesome quality and cuteness of the suit! Hands Wear SatisfactionThe paws somehow fit even my freakishly tiny baby hands. The paws are lined and they feel nice to wear. I am very animated with my hands when I fursuit, I love to wave my paws all around, and the paws have been durable enough to withstand my nonsense. I'm impressed! Visual SatisfactionI cannot stress this enough, the holographic paw pads are AMAZING. SHINY BEANS!!! They are one of my favorite things about this fursuit. When I suit at events, little kids won't stop asking me for high fives, it's adorable. The fur used is the same as the rest of the suit, very high quality. I love how the star markings are shaved a little closer than the fur surrounding them so it gives it some depth. The paws are almost entirely symmetrical. The star markings are slightly asymmetrical but as an artist I have trouble *drawing* stars let alone *sewing* them so it's impressive to me anyway. It isn't noticeable when I wear the suit either, and the stars are so cute. Who cares about that when there are SHINY BEANS!!!!! Tail Wear SatisfactionThe tail is attached via belt and is extremely easy to put on. The tail has the same quality and durability as the rest of the suit. Not much to say here, overall a good quality tail. Visual SatisfactionThe tail is small due to the species, but it has a very cute design for such a small space.
