I found them on Twitter and had seen there suits posted. I’m doing research I didn’t find any in happy clients till the start of my suit. Maker CommunicationThey gave updates a lot but only after the base was completed did I see it( didn’t see the full other base they had under theirs) they also never put the head on or had it pictured with references to size. The maker responded fast but the updates would take a bit. I felt My commission was rushed and that they truly didn’t care about it. Project Completion TimeI was extremely upset about the commission time. I felt my comm was pushed back a lot. I understand that Covid was an issue and that things were hard, I even offered my support and help. But the head took almost 2 years to start. Not to mention with my commission they started working on others suits that were behind mine. I voiced my opinion but ultimately it didn’t change anything. The finished product was shipped fast but there wasn’t much love put into the parking, the head was halfway in a trash bag and half out with no other protections. The comm passed 2 estimated start dates. Overall Project QualityThe overall quality was not worth the end price. Originally I was quoted 900$ for a different character. However the maker had an emergency commission opening for 700$ so that’s what I payed up front. The commission took so long that half way through that character design changed and I was permitted to change characters to jinx. Fur had not been purchased. After the suit was started almost 1 year and 8 months later, I asked them to change the ears they made and had to pay 200$ Extra for that. This head is unwearable and i wouldn’t pay even the first price for it. It was put off and rushed. Ultimately I was left with an unwearable suit that couldn’t be fixed. Components Head Wear SatisfactionThe head is absolutely terrible to wear. It’s huge on me and even others. It’s incredibly heavy and it pushes on my neck and airways. Can’t wear it more that 10 min. There were 3 pins left in the head as well that could have injured me. The eyes were big with ok vision if they weren’t falling apart upon arrival. It was lined very well and the fur was good quality not including the shave. Ventilation was ok though the head was to heavy to wear long enough to go outside. Visual SatisfactionThe head it’s self looks ok at first, most people think it’s a cute head till they see the original design and species. The face was to round with no defined animal type in mind. She looks like a bear. The ears had holes in it on arrival and were falling off. The cheeks had bald spots on her heart markings and the hair was not like the ref. The back ear markings were also the wrong color and her teeth were crooked and had to be pushed down. The markings aren’t the best in terms of detail and shape. The shave was inconsistent and like I said she had bald spots. The expression isn’t the best either but not terrible. It doesn’t match her concept art and couldn’t be worn as a suit. This type of thing left me out close to 1000$ after shipping. Not only that but I felt I couldn’t trust them and that they didn’t care. I was devastated and I wouldn’t wish this on anyone.
