The maker was very professional about it and changed it without discussion. I think the quotes are always open, so you can get an estimation for the price of your suit even when the slots are closed. I found out about them on Twitter and saw they open a few slots every month. I found the quote on their website and filled it out. I was lucky enough to get a slot on the first try. All the conditions and what is needed are clearly communicated on the website of the maker link. Maker CommunicationI'm very satisfied with the communication. Initial communication was via Email. Later we switched to Telegram for easier communication. Response times were always very fast taking into account we live in totally different time zones. The communication was clear, friendly and as professional as it needed to be. They seem to be a very nice person. Very pleasant to work with. I always felt adequately informed about the process and once they started working on the suit they sent wips on a daily basis. Project Completion TimeI'm baffled with how quick the suit was finished after commissioning it. The maker very clearly communicated when they would start working on the suit and how long it will probably take to finish. When I started searching for suit makers I fully expected to wait at least a year until even the work on the suit starts, because a lot of the makers seem to be pretty backed up, but in the end it took only took about six months until it was finished. Five and a half of those months the maker worked on other commissions that got slots before me and in the sixth month it took them only about a week to start working on and finish my suit. They also have a calendar online for the current month that exactly states which part of which suit will be worked on on which day. I really like that. Overall Project QualityAll in all I am very very very happy with the suit! As far as I can tell from wearing the suit it is very durable and high quality. The colors are great, the used materials too. Everything high quality. It is easy to wear as far as fullsuit fursuits can be easy to wear. I can still see my surroundings pretty well when I'm wearing the head and breathing in it is no problem. With a cooling vest I can wear the suit for hours on end. When I wear all the parts it looks like one piece. All the seams and markings work together very well. My expectations were high from the quality I've seen in other works from the maker, but they were still exceeded with this suit. Absolutely worth the price, even the ridiculous customs fees of my country. I had to pay over 1000€ for importing it to Germany, but it is worth it. In addition to the suit I got a pdf with a personalized care guide for the suit, which is very helpful, since this is the first fullsuit I own. Components Head Wear SatisfactionIt's very comfortable to wear. The ventilation is great. I can breath freely with it. The head is lined with neoprene which is pretty easy to clean. The vision is of course restricted when compared to not wearing anything, but it is still pretty great for a suit head. Much better than other suit heads I've worn before this one. Visual SatisfactionThe design is gorgeous. It looks as good as I hoped it to be, no even better! The head is very symmetrical. There are no bigger flaws with the shaving. I'm fully satisfied with that. The material is great. No rubbing off or bleeding, because the markings are sewn onto the head. The expression is super cute as I hoped it would be and the eyelids that were included work very well with the head. The eyes are follw-me eyes and work very well as well. It does match the concept art. All the markings are where they should be. Very satisfied with that. The head is the most important visual part of a suit for me and the maker absolutely nailed it! One-Piece Body Wear SatisfactionIt fits snugly as intended. There's enough space to fit a cooling vest under there which is absolutely necessary when the surrounding temperature is hot already. Of course I can't do acrobatics in it, but movement is still pretty good. The seams seem to be very strong. I'm not worried there will be any of them popping any time soon. There is no lining in the suit. It is pretty hot pretty fast, but not more than most other suits I'd guess. After all there's thick fur surrounding your body when you're wearing it. Visual SatisfactionThe markings are very symmetrical and match the character design perfectly. Couldn't be happier with that! Again no faults in the shaving. The material is very fluffy to the touch and from the looks. Smoothing out is easily doable with a fur comb. In conclusion I really like the colors and the material used. No complaints here. Hands Wear SatisfactionThe hands are comfortable to wear and fit very well. They cover everything as they should and fit nicely under the arms of the bodysuit. It can be a bit tricky to put them on, but once they are on there are no problems. They seem to be very durable. No problems there either. There's no lining inside. Visual SatisfactionThey look great! Everything is as it should be. There are even little labels inside that mark which one is the right and which one is the left hand. The material is the same as the head and body and still great. Same for the shaving and colors. The color of the claws is a bit darker than in the reference sheet, but I agreed to that and they actually look much better in this color! I changed them in the sheet after I got the suit. The claws are soft. Tail Wear SatisfactionThe tail fits nicely. It is attached to the body with a zipper in a circle. This means it can be removed and worn with a belt for partial suiting. On the suit it is nice to wear. It can bend to the side so I can sit or lie down in the suit. Seems very durable. There is no padding or extras. Just a nice fluffy fox tail with a fixed shape. Visual SatisfactionAgain everything is very well executed. There is nothing to complain about. Feet Wear SatisfactionThe feet are very comfortable to wear. Feels a bit like walking on little fluffy clouds. The transition between the legs and the feet is very good. If I wear both it looks like they are part of the body as it is with the hands. The quality and material is the same as the hands. No complaints. Very good. Visual SatisfactionAs with everything else they are very symmetrical shaved very well. The material is great and they resemble what the character looks like on the ref sheet very accurately concerning the colors and markings. As with the hands there are little labels marking which foot belongs to which side. Special FeaturesI have one pair of eyelids that are attached to the head with magnets. Final CommentsIn conclusion I can say, I absolutely recommend them to anyone who wants a very high quality fursuit. I already have plans on commissioning a suit for my partner and a second suit for me and asked the maker to keep my dtd for it. The price of course is not cheap, but you are paying for incredible quality, very good and clear communication and a comparatively very quick making process. Absolutely worth supporting! I really have nothing negative to say.
