She made a mistake in colours although the suit still is great and it doesn’t bother me too much. It isn’t too lose nor too tight,its perfect size. Nothing bothers me and everything feels neat while wearing it. There was problem with ventilation. There was no holes inside of mouth to breath and it was covered with thin black material. I was told her friend didn’t feel the heat but I did. It wasn’t anything bad since I just simply made 2 holes through that material and my face isn’t visible and I can breath. Vision is very good and I have not problem with it. The only blind spot is that I cannot look to the middle due to the muzzle but I do not think it was avoidable. Visual Satisfaction Suit is very symmetrical except for ear markings but it doesn’t bother me since it looks more natural. Shaving looks neat and I didn’t meet anything that bothers me. Theres longer fluff left on the cheeks that I would personally leave a bit thicker but it’s not an issue. Fur feels.. well I am not sure how it’s supposed to feel. It feels a bit as rougher blanket? Places airbrushed do not bleed or anything. It is able to be brushed smoothly. I am very satisfied with the look and the expression is very cute. I feel that the gray airbrushing was not needed because in my opinion it’s a bit too defined but each their own,it doesn’t look bad. There are follow me eyes and I think they are very well done. Hands and Feet Wear Satisfaction Hands are a bit too tight. I can still put my hand in and move freely. Feet fit well and aren’t too lose nor too tight. Feet seem durable although I made a hole at the tip of the hand,like it often happens in gloves. I suggest thicker stitching in those places. Everything else is fine. Inside of hands there is nothing,just the underneath of fur material. These don’t feel that comfortable, in fact due to them being too tight It becomes a bit scratchy. Feet are well done and lines with fleece.They are comfortable and warm. Visual Satisfaction I am satsified with how they look outside and I have no issues here. Markings are symetrical,shaving on feet is nice,fur feels softer here since they are not shaved. I am satsified with the colours and materials used. Tails Wear Satisfaction It is very comfortable and it moves and bounces very cute. I can put it comfortably through my belt. I can pull without tearing although it seems that the top of the tail stretched a bit from my heavy bag leaning on the top of it. Visual Satisfaction Very symmetrical,Quality is very nice,tail is only trimmed so it still has this very very soft look. I love it.Fur feels and looks amazing. I am extremely satisfied with the tail and it matches concept art. Overall Product Satisfaction How was your concept art realized? It is very close although there was an issue. The maker did not purchase brown fur and instead used red for the markings that were supposed to be brown. Then they airbrushed stripes on nose and ears to match the dark brown,leaving the paws red. it was a bit sad at the start but as I updated my reference to match suit it didn’t to bother me anymore as my character looked nice anyways. How well does everything fit together and match up? The markings match up and everything fits and looks nice toegether Overall Project Quality I am very satisfied except for the brown colour issue and the fact that I was told I am paying for the nails and piercings which I DIDN’T Receive. Purchase Process Initial Contact It was really easy to ask for quote,I just noted them on furaffinity with reference Maker Response Time I got an answer on the same day with a quote and I was really satisfied. Maker Professionalism She was very professional at the start but then things got worse. She did not provide the brown fur,nails or piercings that I paid for. The shipping was late by at least 3 months and I was ignored along with my boyfriend who tried to text even though she was online and posted on her russian website. I started commenting there and then finally I got response but from her friend. She told me Shkaff was busy and cannot speak english propely and thats why this happened. Project Completion Time As I said I didn’t ask for a deadline to be finished. Although the maker was extremely late with shipping and did not respond to me for at least a month if no more. Final Comments Pros: -Sweet quality -Fast work (Completed my head within 1-2 weeks of starting) -Good payment, 20% up front and rest when work is finished Cons: – Bad communication,possibly due to language. She had to write to me in russian few times because she had no idea how to say something. – Long time waiting for shipping, from russia it was comming about 1,5-2 months – Chance that she might not add something you asked for,remind them while they are working on your suit.
