Overall

Initial ContactI noticed the suit on dealers den website and mulled over it for about a week since i didn't have the initial money for the suit, I reached out on twitter where they were extremely kind to me on my offer price. I fell in love with the suit and my friends helped me raise the full amount price and I was able to purchase the suit.

Maker CommunicationThe maker was quick to reply to all my questions and explained everything thoroughly to me. The character came with a drawn badge by the maker and she completed quickly. I couldn't have asked for a kinder maker and im incredibly happy with the process. The suit arrived quickly and quicker than her estimate, all communication was thorough an thoughtful.

Project Completion TimeShipped quickly and safely. Box was decorated cutely

Overall Project QualityIm really happy with this product, it is my first fursuit and it only convinced me I eventually want more and want to keep attending conventions. I was scared to get my first suit and not like the hobby but this makers creation only certified I love the community and the hobby.

The head is comfortable, light, and meets all my sensory needs. Im grateful to have such a comfortable fursuit as my first and happy to met such an amazing maker that was incredibly sweet and understanding to me as it was my first suit and I was new to the buying suit process.

The head is durable, well made, and one of my favorite characters. It met all my expectations and the memories I've made, and are going to make is something I hold very dear to me.

the suit is consistent with the makers style of art and everything fit correctly as advertised. every seam is hidden well and sewed in good.

Components

Head

Wear SatisfactionThe overall head fit is good, its a little snug but it is easy for me to breathe in. Visibility is overall really good especially after approaching fursuiting as a new hobby and thinking id be overall blind in the suit. The peripherals are surprisingly big and I am able to hear well in suit.

I wore this suit to FWA 22 which is overall a very crowded and big con and I didn't feel overwhelmed since my senses were all there with visibility and hearing. I wore the head in id say 3 hour intervals before taking a break and it has very good ventilation. Any longer id think it would start getting stuffy but for the time I wore it the ventilation was pretty good.

it is lined with what seems to be a wicking type of material so it definitely added to the comfort of wearing. I have not yet attempted to do any cleaning since there was no smell or dampness, but I have used soft pursuit sprays to just add to it.

the zipper on the neck gets stuck often in the fur since the zipper is a hidden one for what I assume easier time taking it on and off but brushing the fur aside before zipping seems to do the trick

overall it didn't smell like glue or that artificial smell of the fur. it smelt really like nothing besides a bit of box smell from the cardboard it was shipped in

the fur does seem to get that unkept look extremely easy and I have experienced a lot of shedding when brushing it gently or laying it down with my hands, it was easy to keep up with by just brushing it during my breaks on suiting. overall my only issue is shedding but I assume that'll ease up the longer I wear it and handle the head

overall the head is very durable as I accidentally dropped him off the top convention floor to the main convention floor which is about 3 floors. and luckily all it did was spook the fursuiters below lol

Visual SatisfactionThe character is a asymmetrical design so I had to really look at it to notice, the eyes are symmetrical. the nose is a little lopsided, the eyebrows are unsymmetrical, the mouth is symmetrical, overall face shape is a little lopsided. the overall quality is pretty good considering its from a smaller maker.

the tongue options it came with are super cute and attach via velcro, no issues or fraying when taking on and off. there is a small magnet that attaches to another magnet on the muscle for a cute look.

the shaving is choppy around the mouth areas and a bit on the top of the head but It doesn't bother me in the slightest since I dont notice it

the material is good, its really soft and isn't unpleasant to hold, al the markings are sewed in and dont move or fray. the longer its of fur are my favorite and frame the head nicely, very soft. the eyes haven't rubbed off or taken any damage from just overall handling.

there is a bit of hot glue residue or some sort of glue reside around the eyes and mouth, mostly where the felt is, it also catches the shedding a lot but I was able to wipe it off pretty easily.

it just seems to shed a lot. Im pretty satisfied with the overall look, im drawn to it since it looks a tad creepy but I believe its the charm of this suit. the colors are brighter than the concept art I think but I like the colorful look more than the duller colors o the reference sheet. there was some artistic liberty from the maker with the species but I think it fits being a chihuahua.

it is very light and was comfortable on my shoulders

Hands

Wear Satisfactionthe paws are lined with some sort of satin I think and are very comfortable. they are a little hard to get on by myself but they dont fall off easily. its lined with a cuff and the sewing is nice and comfortable. I dont notice a lot of sweat or heat when wearing them, there seems to be good wicking and its almost cooling from the lining.

there is no shedding really and the bottoms of the paws are soft and durable. they do get dirty easily but a damp cloth did the trick of cleaning them off from handrails at the con and such.

its a 4 finger paws and I never felt discomfort in my fingers from long wear and they are fun to wear

there is squeakers in the paw pad fingers and they dont hinder in any way and so far have gotten a lot of compliments on how cute it is.

they are very light and comfortable on my hands

Visual Satisfactionthe sewing is very well done and there is no sew lines or creases. its soft on the inside and outside and doesn't give any sensory issues in the wear.

the shaving is well done on the hands and the longer parts are well done. overall satisfied with the look

there is squeakers sewn into the paws so I can squeeze my paw fingers and squeak, its pretty cute and a lot of furries would squeak back or compliment it.

im satisfied with the colors and brightness of it, it matches the concept art just is a big more colorful.

Tail

Wear Satisfactionits really light so most of the time I forgot it was on.

it does flop to the side a lot and seems to just lay sideways, doesn't bounce or sway just flops to the side

the belt loops and sewing is really nice and durable, I wore it longer than the head and it never bothered me and I usually kinda forgot I was wearing it.

very satisfied with the tail!

Visual Satisfactionits a curl tail and is overall really light so I hardly notice its there, there is a squeaker in the end of the tail so that is really cute

looks good sewing wise and is incredibly soft, I dont notice a ton of shedding but definitely a little bit from handling it
it doesn't bounce or sway, it kinda flops side ways when I wear it instead of straight up.

the colors are brighter than the concept art but the color match is very spot on and its pretty
the little markings are sewn in incredibly well
