All contact with the maker was done through Twitter. It was very easy to understand what the maker needed from me measurement wise. Maker CommunicationThey provided numerous images for the picking of fur colors, and constantly sent updates asking if I wanted any changes in what they were currently working on. The communication with the maker was a mixture of friend and business-like. There was never an issue with how I was being treated. The maker made accommodations for payment and shipping. There was constant communication, the maker also communicated a sickness which caused a slight delay. I could ask a question and the question was always answered in a timely manner. Project Completion TimeProject completion time was very quick, the project was completed in less than two months. The time expectations were provided clearly on their Dealerden post, I had no issues with the completion date. The items were shipped the day after their completion using FedEx Express with tracking provided. Overall Project QualityGiven the exceedingly complex head design, the maker did a great job. Durability of all pieces are fantastic, nothing breaks or pops when stressed. Material quality and ease of wear is fantastic. All of the pieces look great and flow extremely well together. The colors are consistent with the reference and the markings maintain their shape. The items feel like they will last a long time. The overall project met my expectations, and was well worth the price I paid. Components Head Wear SatisfactionThe head fits very well, just right. Nothing is poking through or stabbing, the inside is very smooth due to the lycra lining. Both inside and outside are very easy to clean. I can breathe well and it is not too hot while wearing. Vision is good, I am able to read various things very clearly, even at distance. Visual SatisfactionSymmetry is good. The markings match the character design. The shaving is fantastic, the transition lengths were what I was looking for and you cannot see the backing. The fur feels and looks fantastic, it is very easily able to be brushed, smoothed, and cleaned. The head can achieve a variety of expressions well and has follow-me eyes. Overall, I am pleased with how it turned out. With such a complex character design, the maker did a very great job. Hands Wear SatisfactionThe hands fit perfectly. The durability is great, I am able to move and turn my wrist without seems popping. The hands stay on well, they do not slide at all. The interior is lined with lycra and is easy to clean. They feel fantastic. Visual SatisfactionVisually looks fantastic. Marking symmetry is great and matches the character design. Fur length and transition was spot on, you cannot see the backing. Fur is easily able to be brushed and smoothed. Tail Wear SatisfactionTail fits perfectly and is tightly secured. Great movement and can be put on with ease. Quality is fantastic, fur can be easily brushed and maintained. No issues with durability, I am able to tug with no tearing, I am able to slightly crunch/bunch up the tail without any seems popping.
