Overall

Initial ContactVery easy. I contacted her through Telegram once the won the premade auction on the Dealer's Den.

Maker CommunicationTay has top tier communication. She regularly updates everything with you every time she's nearly done with a fursuit piece and is quick to respond within hours.

Project Completion TimeThe entire fursuit was completed within a span of 3 months actually, but took slightly longer due to a small mishap with the DTD being lost in transit back in September. Also wow Tay works EXTREMELY fast & efficiently and her build speed is seriously underrated.

Overall Project QualityI am extremely happy with how the fursuit came out. This is probably the best fursuit Tay has made so far. The quality I got was top tier, and the price I paid was extremely satisfactory. Everything matches up and fits perfectly, and the style and facial expression of the head matches Tay's previous suit commissions.

I feel this project was an 11/10. Superb job Tay 💯💯💯

Components

Head

Wear SatisfactionThe head is very comfortable to wear and has extremely good vision. It is quite roomy on the inside as well, allowing people with glasses to put them on. The neck flaps on the head are VERY soft and the inside of the head is lined with a cute pink fabric. Breathability is very easy through the mouth.

Visual SatisfactionStarburst's head is absolutely beautiful. I adore the star motifs on the two heads and the color pattern of the ears. There are two cute plush horns on the head that allow me to easily wear hats on the head without them falling off. The head has beautiful blue 3D eyes that allow for the eyes to be always looking at the viewer no matter what angle, which I find very nice. The wefted hair wig is cute and curly, and hairbows can easily attach to it. The eyebrows and cheek blushes are also quite charming.

As for the touch quality and symmetry, they are both on spot, with the head being a near perfect symmetrical view and the fur being soft as a cloud.
The head matches the concept art very well, basically a 100% match actually. Tay did an excellent job on this part.

One-Piece Body

Wear SatisfactionThe bodysuit is EXTREMELY comfortable to wear and fits me perfectly. Although there is a copious amount of padding in the digi legs, giving the legs a more plush like look, the zippable padding is light and I don't actually overheat that fast in the suit. The inside of the upper body is unlined which is great because it allows heat to dissipate faster than if it were lined. I can easily feel the air circulation through the wrists and ankles, giving the bodysuit a good air ventilation. The stitching also seems very strong, and I feel confident in the durability. There are attached wings to the bodysuit, which I like but make it uneasy to wear shirts over the bodysuit.

Visual SatisfactionProbably my favorite part of the entire bodysuit is the right leg, which is striped in 4 different colors of pink and orange, reminiscent of the colors of Starburst candy. The pastel yellow fur is quite nice looking, and looks extremely good in a well lit area. The thick padding of the legs give the legs an adorable plush like look, which has made many of my friends and acquaintances swoon over the suit. The attached wings to the bodysuit are visually ok, and are bendable for folding and packing into tote bins, but they are not able to stand up very well, but what can you do when the wings are 25 inches long? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The overall shaving of the fur feels & looks smooth. There are no matted areas and no uneven areas. The colors and design of the bodysuit match the reference sheet very well.

Hands

Wear SatisfactionThe handpaws feel decent to wear and are lined on the inside, however the thick padding on the pawpads make it difficult to pick anything up, which isn't that much of a problem yet. The wrist portion aligns with the sleeves on the bodysuit nicely with some extra room to cover up exposed wrists. The claws are sewn onto the paws, increasing their durability.

Visual SatisfactionI really like how the handpaws look. The orange pawpads are very cute and match perfectly with the pawpads on the feet. The white claws are plush and add a nice detail to the hands. The fur is even and shaved very well, and the paws match the concept art.

Tail

Wear SatisfactionThe tail has two ways to be put on: a circular zipper to attach to the bodysuit & 4 belt loops at the base of the tail to partial with. The zipper is a bit tricky to zip onto the waist of the bodysuit and it doesn't feel completely secure, but once attached it won't fall off. Partialing with the tail using the belt loops is a bit impractical at the moment, as the weight of the tail causes my shorts to sag when worn, but I'm okay with that as I only plan on partialing for photos only. The durability of the belt loops is very secure, and sewn on shut.

Visual SatisfactionOh my gosh, the tail is STUNNING!! Even though Tay told me the tail was going to be a 5 ft long floor dragger, she extended the length and now it measures at a whopping 6 ft 8 inches long! The mix of pink, yellow, and orange colors on the tail blend very nicely, and the white fur on the tail adds to the fluffiness. The fur on the tail is quite easy to brush out even though it drags on the floor, and I like the way the tail slithers on the ground as I walk around. It also matches the concept art perfectly.

Feet

Wear SatisfactionThe indoor digi feetpaws are very comfortable to wear, durable, easy to put on, and are lined on the inside. I am a size US Men's 11.5 shoe size, so the feet can fit a variety of sizes actually. Both pawpads are padded which make it slightly weird to walk with, so I use fursuit sandals to walk around in them, which allow keeps the pristine condition of the bottom of the feetpaws! The feetpaw ankles align with the bodysuit's legs perfectly, and fit securely.

Tay actually asked me to duct tape my feet as well when creating the DTD, so that she could see how long my legs were. She also asked for certain measurements on my shoe as well as the circumference of my calves. I believe these allowed her to create a flawless match of the legs to the feetpaws.

Visual SatisfactionThe right foot is hot pink and the left foot is pastel yellow, creating a nice contrast of colors and matches the concept art too. The fur on the bottom of the feet is extremely smooth and shaved very well. Tay did an excellent job of making the feetpaws look well and I am happy for that.
