Informed Maker of Issues I have no issues with the finished product, aside from an eyebrow falling off, and they gave me advice to fix it. Wear Time 2 or 3 hours. I haven’t had the chance to wear it much, and I hope to wear it more in the future. The vision is a lot better than I expected, although I find it hard to look out both eyes at times, so I usually end up looking out of one eye. The ventilation is probably the biggest issue I have with the head. It is very stuffy and I get warm easily. I have countered this by buying a small fan to wear around my neck and blowing air into the head in case I get too hot, but I have yet to try it out yet. Visual Satisfaction Everything about the way the head looks is amazing. I love her cute eyelashes, the teeth, and the style of the eyes most of all. The shaving is done very evenly. No airbrushing was done and the eyes are static, but still very lively and cute. Overall Product Satisfaction How was your concept art realized? How satisfied are you with how closely the suit matches the concept art? Very satisfied. It looks exactly like my character! It also looks just like a skunk. Many skunk suits I’ve seen look more like dogs, so I was very glad that mine is different and unique. How well does everything fit together and match up? Everything is consistent and the colors are perfect. Overall Project Quality How satisfied are you with the overall quality of your project? Very satisfied! I would recommend The Grotto Creations to anyone looking for a cute suit! Purchase Process Initial Contact How satisfied are you with how easy it was to initially contact the maker for a quote? Yes! They are very easy to get a hold of. Their website is very easy to navigate. Maker Response Time I think it was less than 2 days after they stopped taking forms. Maker Professionalism How satisfied are you with the overall customer service and professionalism of the maker? Very. I had a lot of questions and was a little picky about making sure the suit, and they answered all my questions and even changed the fur color for me pretty late into the creating process.
