It was just a style choice but they understood completely. Features: None Concept Art Photos of Completed Product Overall Initial ContactVery easy, i messaged on instagram when aspen opened 2 premade design slots. Very easy to understand what they needed from me and was very patient with shipping issues i had with my dtd. They even linked me a dtd tutorial. Maker CommunicationVery satisfied, aspen took around 5 hours to 1 day to reply to my messages which is very impressive considering our 7 hour time difference. Aspen is super kind and professional, always explaining what they were doing and updating their trello. I was kept in the loop for fur purchasing and colour choices. Aspen never used their personal life as an excuse for delays. Project Completion TimeThe project was finished in about a year, and would have been quicker if not for postal strikes delaying postage of my dtd by a month. If there was any delays i was never left in the dark, and my deadline was met. Because my fursuit was posted from the us to the uk, i had to pay customs charges however this is not aspens fault and cannot be helped. They kept me updated on shipping and tracking. Overall Project QualityVery happy with my fursuit, it is very durable and comfortable to wear. I get many compliments on it and she looks great as well. Aspen matched my refsheet 100% and accommodated any changes i wanted. The markings flow together on the fursuit and all the pieces fit together perfectly. The tail fits in perfectly as the bodysuit has extra material to make it seamless. The price was well worth it, as i can tell this fursuit will last me a long while. All the seams are very strong. My fursuit is consistent with the makers style and exactly what i expected, if not more beautiful. Components Head Wear SatisfactionThe head fits perfectly, i don’t wear glasses so no need to fit them inside, its fully lined so i clean it with alcohol or surface spray when she has finished being worn. The ventilation is good, she is a casted base which do tend to run a little hotter in my experience, and it could use some vents by the ears but i don’t ever feel like i cant breathe. The vision is good, it is a little harder to see when she has her sultry eyelids on but this is to be expected! I do have a blind spot in front of my face because of the big snout but i expected this, and it doesn’t bother me! Visual SatisfactionThe head is absolutely stunning, i get lots of compliments on her and she is so gorgeous. I could not be happier. The symmetry is perfect, and aspen added a beauty spot for me to match my new ref at short notice which is amazing. The shaving is smooth, no bald spots, no choppiness, everything sewn and glued down perfectly. No wrinkling near the nose which is so impressive! The fur is beautiful high quality bigZ fabrics fur. My friends couldn’t get over how soft it was! I brush her gently with no shedding or issues. The eyes are 2d, which is my preference and the eyelids make for great photos. A lot of expressions are possible with the head depending on the angle of her face. The art originally was a premade but i got attached to the character and made a few minor changes, all adhered to perfectly. One-Piece Body Wear SatisfactionThe bodysuit is so comfy and fits like a glove. Any movement is possible and i don’t feel as if i am going to pop seams by doing normal movements as everything is double sewn. The only problem i have is that the arms are a little too short but i feel as if this was my fault for making a mistake with my DTD, not aspens! This issue is easily solved as well. The seams are very secure and i haven’t even seen a loose thread! The foot paws are lined and very comfy. There is no lining to the body which is my preference as i find this too hot, i wear underarmour instead. There are minimal construction marks and they have not bled. The costume allows for good airflow ! Visual SatisfactionThe bodysuit is gorgeous, the accuracy of the markings shows aspens skill with the medium. The bodysuit is symmetrical and all furs used are high quality bigZ fabrics furs. It matches the head as they are the same furs. Aspen added long fur on her elbows at my request as well. The digi padding is absolutely beautiful, exactly what i wanted in a suit. I requested a slim body with padded legs and its exactly what i got. Hands Wear SatisfactionThe paws are lovely, and fully lined. I find this does get sweatier but as they are easy to take off this isn’t hard to mitigate, and i would rather they be lined than sweat into the fur! My wrists do show if i stretch too much but again, i think this is my error and it is easy to fix! The seams are all tucked away, and double sewn. The paws feel very strong and secure. The claws are exactly the shape i wanted and they are very strongly sewn with minky. Visual SatisfactionThe paws are maybe the most detailed piece on the suit, Aspen has achieved my markings with such accuracy! I am very satisfied with them. They are both symmetrical and have dew claws on them and carpal pads! The shaving is perfect and the pawpads are stuffed. Tail Wear SatisfactionMy tail is a belt loop tail which i knew from the beginning, it is a little harder to get on than an attached tail but i appreciate that i can partial easier. The bodysuit has an extra piece so the tail is seamless from the bodysuit. The markings on the tail are even and the sewing is all strong and durable, no issues even with heavy wear. Visual SatisfactionI love the tail, it looks great and matches my refsheet. The two sides are symmetrical and the tail doesn’t flop over to the side when i walk! Feet Wear SatisfactionThe feet are fully lined (quilted spandex) which makes them a bit hot but nothing that i wouldn’t expect from a fursuit. They fit perfectly. The material keeps sweat away from the fur. The feet are full digi feet so they are easy to get on and off and perfect for partial-ing. I washed the feet with upholstery cleaner and alcohol spray and the fur or construction marks have not bled. I protected the pawpads with carpet tape and they have stayed 100% intact after heavy wear, and still adorable. Visual SatisfactionPerfect, aspen added my extra markings (side dots) and i am satisfied with the markings. The pawpads and claws are perfect and symmetrical, and point the correct way. The pawpads are 2d indoor which i requested because i love the style, and they are symmetrical (i assume with an embroidery machine? As they are perfect) and cute. I protect them with carpet tape and they are still hard wearing. The shaving is even and trimmed to show all the markings.
