Overall

Initial ContactInitial contact was easy I got a slot in only 2 months after I found this maker. The funny part is that at the time the studio was 5 minute walk from my office. The maker anounces slots on Twitter and Telegram. I was measured by the makers assistant personally and provided standard DTD.


Maker CommunicationThe maker doesn't communicate directly but via assistant. That causes some issues – shorter tail. On the other hand I was regularly asked how to make such details. I received tones of progress photos and videos. There are makers that don't communicate with you at all. And this maker does the exact opposite. However nothing is perfect misunderstandings can happen and issue handling is a big challenge for this maker unfortunately.

Project Completion TimeThe base time was super fast. But than there is the issue with the legs that was never solved.

Components


Head

Wear SatisfactionThe head is light. Foam base. Lined with neoprene. Neoprene is easy for maintenance however it scratches the cheeks when worn for more than 2 hours.

Vision is Ok. You can see pretty well through the net. Even though it was made to measure my eyes are at the bottom of the net so I can see good above but can't see directly in front of me. When interacting with children I need to tilt my head down so to them it may look that I look at their bellies, but that's the only way I can see their face.

Ventilation is good through the mouth. No fan is needed.


Visual SatisfactionHe head looks amazing much better than I expected it to look.

It's perfectly symetric.

Eyes are 3D printed so they are perfectly symetric and clean.

The fur is high quality US import so it's just as good as fursuit fur can be and was worth the money.



One-Piece Body

Wear SatisfactionThe body is not lined. But that's good because It is already hot inside as in any fursuit.

The suit is comfortable. It's easy to move in. It was made on DTD but with lot of wiggle room. The sleeves and legs are long enough so I can move absolutely freely.

The fur is easy to clean and durable.
It's extremely soft in comparison to other suits I had opportunity to touch so kids will hug you like crazy 😀 more than the other suiters in your group.

The padding is pillow filling in neoprene pockets sown from inside. They have velcro closure to take out the filling.


Visual SatisfactionIt's perfectly symetric. The suit has lot of spots that are all handsawn.

I mentioned wiggle room… So maybe just maybe is the suit a bit wider in the waist than it should be, but that's the makers style. It's a loose fitting suit keep that in mind when ordering.

The digigrade padding is on the smaller side in comparison to other makers, but I was aware of this fact because I seen the previous work. So no complaints here, just wanted to pinpoint this fact for those who expect big padding.

This maker generally works with short fur. It's nice durable fluffy… but the seams are clearly visible. This is not the case with longer fur where the seams are invisible. Every fur has its pros and cons, this is con of short fur.

There is one serious issue with the body. The ancles. The body and paws don't fit tightly together. The ends of the legs are unreasonably wide and flapping around. I returned the body personally for fixing. However the maker only fixed them from the inside so the legs were uneven the padding shifted the whole leg to the side… The maker wes unwilling/unable to do the same repair on the outer side of the legs. I was waiting 3/4 year for a slot but I started to look for someone else to do the repair. This is unacceptable.



Hands

Wear SatisfactionHands are great. Lined with neoprene. They fit snugly. Well padded. The do slide off a little bit if you wave too much.


Visual SatisfactionNice soft symmetrical. Plush claws.


Tail

Wear SatisfactionThere was a misunderstanding with the tail. It was made shorter than it should have been. We agreed on an extra bandana as an apology.

The tail is soft and has a hole for the belt that goes right through. It doesn't sit as tightly as the 2 loop tails so I have to regularly ask the helpers to check and adjust it.

But the shorter soft tail has one big pro. You can sit like a normal human everywhere.


Visual SatisfactionThe tail is symetric ald looks nice.


Feet

Wear SatisfactionI have 2 pairs of feet indoor and outdoor. The only difference is that the outdoor have sole made of some industrial gym mat. They are both sockpaws. That is great choice for indoor but really bad for outdoor. Movement other than slow walking is impossible. No dancing, no jumping, nothing. The sole is just too heavy even if the material is really light to not be fixed tightly to your feet. I was not aware of this fact. If I will ever order another suit the outdoor paws must have built-in shoes.

The fur gets dirty because the soles are a bit hidden inside. But is easy to clean.
