Reviewer Information Reviewer Instagram: badgenegameing Relationship With Maker The maker was NOT a friend when the item was purchased, but they ARE a friend now Prior Experience No, this was my very first suit. Informed Maker of Issues The shoes inside the feet where to narrow. Not there fault, I have very messed up feet and I didn’t think to send them shoes that would work best for me from the start. When I told them about the problem I asked if it would be okay for me to send them shoes that they could use to make me new feet. They agreed without any fuss or further complication. The new feet are perfect and are also much lighter, about which I have no complaints. Photos of Completed Product Head Wear Satisfaction This being my very first suit, it took me a fair amount of time to get used to it all. I also wear glasses, and they made the head accommodate them. At first I had a big problem figuring out how to put the head on over said glasses, but furthewin has excellent customer support and assisted me in figuring it out. 🙂 It fits very nicely, air dose circulate well, and I can breath fine in it. The only thing that happens is after about 20 minutes my glasses fog up but I think that’s a given. Besides that I have no complaints. Everything has a proper fit and finish while also moving as intended (the jaw.) Visual Satisfaction They did a perfect job on it, down to every last detail. The coloring of it was spot on with my requests, the expression also was exactly as I requested. I really like how soft the fur feels even in the shaved down parts. All inn all the suit is how I pictured it down to a T and I’m 100% happy with it. Special Attachments and Features Other then the following eyes, I asked for a moveable jaw. It was their first time doing a moveable jaw on a suit, and it turned out good. When my mouth moves the jaw moves too, and that action is also smooth and predictable. Body Wear Satisfaction I have no complaints across the board. The fit of my suit was based off of the requested self-made ducktape dummy that I provided, and the end result matched just that. It’s proven to be reasonably durable though I’d prefer not to test that aspect too much given my investment. I did have a claw/nail come off, but had it reattached locally and did not contact furthewin about the issue as they’re pretty far away and I wanted it repaired quickly. The inner lining is fair, I have no complaints about it, but with that in mind I do wear compression clothing underneath. The suit can get warm, but with the amount of fur on it there really is no surprises. Visual Satisfaction The way they did that patterns was perfect, the shaved down parts look awesome and the fur is so soft. They made it look exactly as I hoped they could. I just love it! Hands and Feet Wear Satisfaction The hands fit well and are quite comfortable. The design I requested does limit their range of motion to an extent, but I’ve adapted. The only thing I had a problem with the feet was the situation I mentioned before. As mentioned before, the issue with the feet was resolved and they’re now quite comfortable to wear. Visual Satisfaction I love how the claws look on the hands, how soft the fur is, and how there transition of colors blends nicely. Same thing goes for the feet. Special Attachments and Features None pertaining to the hands or feet. Tails Wear Satisfaction It was just getting used to having it on that was hard for me at first. Other then that the way it sits is good. When it is hanging down it feels nice, without much tug, but while walking I do hold it as I’m still not comfortable letting it drag on the floor behind me. It gets a little heave to carry after a few moments but I’m fine with it due to the fact that I’m too nervous to risk it getting ruined. Visual Satisfaction Its as long as i wanted it, and the hair on the long parts of the tail are perfect. The parts that are shaved down were done so patiently and with expert attention to detail. It looks great! Overall Product Satisfaction How well does everything fit together and match up? All the seams flow into one another to the point that it looks as though everything is one piece. I can’t tell where seams start and end. Other than the feet at first everything else fits perfect, and now that the feet are fixed they do too. The styling I requested was a bit unconventional, but they made it flow quite well. Overall Project Quality They where able to bring my fursona to life for me, something that I thought would never happen. They did everything I asked for and updated me with every little detail and on every bit of progress as it was made. The way it fits it feels nice an comfy. The fur colors they got were perfect, and the way that the colors blended into one another is perfect. I feel that this suit will last a very long time, although I intend to baby it for as long as I have it. I’ve got confidence in the finished product and feel that the cost to quality ratio was met, if not surpassed on their part. Purchase Process Initial Contact I found them through Facebook, sent them a PM and with in a few hours they replied to me, They answered all my question and I wasn’t made to feel stupid for asking any of them. I signed up for there waiting list knowing that the waiting time would be a year or two, but it was worth it. Maker Response Time They responded to my questions with in a day or two the latest. They answered everything in a friendly and professional manner, and were always willing to explain further if there was an aspect I didn’t understand. Maker Professionalism They treats me as a friend now, and I feel the same. They have been polite and professional throughout all of our communications and interactions, no matter how complex Project Completion Time The estimated time was 18 months and when it was my suits turn to be started they moved through it pretty quickly. As soon as it was done it was sent out to me. In regards to the actual length of time it took to create the suit, I didn’t keep record and can’t recall. Every question I had was answered, and I’m just so impressed. I can’t recommend them enough and I’m 100% happy with it, beyond what I can say.
