I purchased through the dealers den and paypal, contact with the maker after that was through telegram. Maker CommunicationThey were wonderful to talk with. We resolved an issue with another suiter who was unhappy with similarities between the suit I was purchasing and theirs. They've continued to communicate with me for whenever I have suit cleaning questions. Project Completion TimeThey worked quickly to change the fur pattern and make a nose ring. I'm really happy with the dedication to get the suit to me quickly. Overall Project QualityOverall, I'm overjoyed with how durable, comfortable, and stunning the suit is as a whole. I think the price is certainly high, but so is the quality, craftsmanship, and skill of the maker. Considering the high degree of professionalism and skill, I'm more than satisfied. Components Head Wear SatisfactionEverything fits really well. I do think the paws are padded more than I would like, but that was a style choice rather than poor craftsmanship.
