Are you satisfied with how it fits you? Is it too tight or loose? Does anything poke you, stab you, make it uncomfortable to wear? Is it lined comfortably?
It fits me very well. It’s also lined comfortably. There’s a fan inside but it doesn’t interfere with wearing at all.
How is the ventilation? Can you breathe well? Is the mask stuffy? Does the air circulate through your head?
I have asthma, so the maker took care to make sure I would be OK wearing it. The ventilation is actually very good. It doesn’t get too hot in there, and I can breathe without interference.
How is the vision? Can you see well in front of you? Is there a large blind spot? Do you have to turn your head to see? (Note: most suits do not have peripheral vision)
The vision is also very good. The blind spot isn’t too big, I do have to turn my head a bit but really, not too much. I can see what I need to.
How is the symmetry? Is anything lopsided? Are the markings symmetrical per the character design?
The symmetry is great! My character had extremely minimal markings, but they look symmetrical and good.
Is the shaving even? Can you see the backing? Is it choppy? Is the transition to long fur what you were looking for?
The shaving is pretty smooth. I havent seen anything wrong with it.
How does the fur feel and look? If it was airbrushed, is the fur crunchy? Do the markings rub off or bleed? Is the fur able to be brushed or smoothed easily?
The fur is quality and very very soft. It’s very easy to brush. It can sometimes be hard to get it to stay brushed though.
How satisfied are you with the expression and overall appearance of the head? Can you achieve varied expressions from different angles? Are the eyes follow-me or static?
The expression is kinda static, but it’s an expression that fits the character very well. The eyes are follow-me. The expression can actually look a bit weird from specific angles, but it’s not bad at all still.
Does it match the concept art?
Yes. The only thing that doesn’t match is that the concept art and design has a ponytail but the fursuit doesn’t. That really isn’t a big deal though.
What are they and how do they work? If they are unique or electronic, explain how they work with your costume. Do they work well? Do they break easily?
The suit’s teeth are glow in the dark.
How is the quality? Are they heavy or cumbersome? Are they durable or very fragile? Do you like how they look and do you like using them with your costume?
The teeth are durable and show up very well in the dark.
How satisfied are you with how the hands and feet fit? Are they comfortable to wear? Do they allow for good movement? Will your wrists/ankles show if you stretch too much? Do they stay on your hands/feet or do they slide off? Can you put them on comfortably with ease?
The hands are comfortable and lined on the inside. They’re wrist length, so if I’m not wearing something long sleeved enough, my wrist can show. But that’s just due to length of the paws. The paws stay on well, and I can put them on very easily.
How is the quality and durability? Are the seams durable? Can you move without popping seams? Have paw pads or claws fallen off?
No seams have popped at all, the hands are durable .
What is the interior like? Is it lined? Is it messy (fabric marks etc.) on the inside? What type of shoe base do the feet use?
The paws are lined on the inside.
How is the symmetry? Is anything lopsided? Are the markings symmetrical per the character design?
Yes. There is no markings on the hands, but the pawpads are symmetrical as much as they should be.
Is the shaving even? Can you see the backing? Is it choppy? Is the transition to long fur what you were looking for?
The shaving is fine.
How does the fur feel and look? If it was airbrushed, is the fur crunchy? Do the markings rub off or bleed? Is the fur able to be brushed or smoothed easily?
Again, the fur is soft. I do have trouble keeping the paws looking brushed though.
How satisfied are you with the selection of colors and materials used? Are the paw pads fleece, silicone, something else? Are they hooves? Do you like how they look and feel? Do they get scratched easily?
The pads are fleece and havent gotten damaged at all.
How satisfied are you with how the tail(s) fit? Are they comfortable to wear? Do they allow for good movement? Can you put them on comfortably with ease?
The tail is kind of big on me. It’s standard size but I’m just really short. I can put it on easily and it doesn’t hinder movement. It is kind of heavy though.
How is the quality and durability? Are the seams durable? Can you move without popping seams or straps? Has anything (spikes, scales, etc.) fallen off?
Can you pull on it without tearing? Are the straps secure and even?
The quality, once again, is very good and it is durable. The straps are elastic and extremely durable.
How is the symmetry? Is anything lopsided? Are the markings symmetrical per the character design?
The only marking on it is a tail tip, and it looks fine.
Is the shaving even? Can you see the backing? Is it choppy? Is the transition to long fur what you were looking for?
The fur is fluffy, which is what I wanted for the tail specifically. It’s not super long though too, which is good.
How does the fur feel and look? If it was airbrushed, is the fur crunchy? Do the markings rub off or bleed? Is the fur able to be brushed or smoothed easily?
The fur is nice, soft and fluffy. The white tip part and the rest flow nicely together and neither looks out of place.
Keeping in mind that I am reviewing a friend, it was very easy.
Very much satisfied.
Would you recommend this maker?
This review has been marked with a positive rating.
This means the reviewer would recommend Fish R Furiends Studios.
Again, I’m biased on this because she is my friend. But she would send updates when asked, and is very friendly.
