Via Forum on their website. Yes it was easy to understand measurements.
Not as satisfied, given there was no WIPs, eventually we switched from email to Telegram. I was treated well, given that it was a business.
I was aware when it was finished, times were communicated when we first started my commission.
No. I paid 5.5k for a suit that makes me feel awful to wear given where it came from. It definitely was not made out of love, only for profit as the turnaround time was admittedly a lot quicker than expected. They didn't share any WIPs (granted their website says No WIPS but why the hell not?), The suit has weird tears and holes, the fur feels so coarse and rough and not huggable, the eyelids were 70$ just to be velcro'd on and not magnet, not to mention that it looks like utter crap for 70$. The shoes takes me 5 minutes at a time to get on if I don't have help, the padding just feels so clunky and wrong, and it looks like just a horrendous mess.

The head kind of feels loose, and my forehead seems to be rubbing against exposed foam. Vision is very decent on one side, how they made the mane was that it hangs over my right eye, so I'm partially blind for the most part. Ventilation seems fine.
The mane is lopsided, and I only got about 2 WIPs of the process. A massive chunk of hair hangs to the right side when it should all be hanging down the middle the muzzle. You can barely tell there is supposed to be any spots on the face, but the airbrushing done was not done properly, as its very matted/clumpy in paint. The fur is very coarse, and not soft to touch on the main part, it feels like touching a matted rug. The inside of the nose is airbrushed as well, and layered with a bunch of glue for the nose holes. The mane has a weird separation towards the end of the heads neck to fit what I assume is the tie-off to a bandana, which I did not ask for/did not know about, which I am not happy about. The expression I enjoy, I dislike the side profile of my fursuit immensely.
It feels very difficult to move in, more than it probably should, its hard to lift my shoulders and feels oddly tight. If anything I feel constrained, and some spots just don't fit correctly. A lot of seams are very weak, despite my insistent requests for double stitching, so I don't feel confident to be extremely mobile in the suit. The interior feels very rough, and very awkward to wear. The stitching on the inside looks horrible, and shows how lazy it was done. Its immediately stuffy and hot, and I find myself to be overheating too fast. (I live in Texas, I'm very used to heat.)
Markings are barely visible on the suit, and are horribly done. The fur is coarse and seems to be semi curling already, and does not handle being washed very well at all. The fur is very hard to brush, and stitching is ugly on the front and super noticeable. I'm super upset with the colors chosen, and only chose from what was available in their studio rather than cooperating in getting new fur. The padding on the inside feels very… wrong? It doesn't look appealing at all from the front/side.
I am not satisfied at all with how my hands fit me. I rub against the rough backing of the fur, half of my finger is only usable in them (I do not remember them asking me for a hand drawing). My hooves are made out of fur, which is incredibly hard to brush and wash.

The hooves are made out of an odd shaved fur (not minky), and probably the only thing I enjoy about it is that they look like tiny tater-tots, but I am unhappy that its just fur. The fur actually feels soft and nice on the arms. The colors are nice.
The tail is fine putting on, as I wear a belt with it.
Very sad about it. The shaving is awful where the tail loop is, and very hard to brush out and make it look nice. They couldn't give me a normal horse tail and instead went with a "Long Wolf Tail". The tail is not cuddly, and if anything feels slightly crunchy. The tail moves like a generic wolf tail,I suppose. It didn't really match the reference sheet.
Im kind of okay with how they fit? I'm confused as to why they gave me a laced shoe if anything. Its incredibly hard to put on, and there is no zipper for it. I'm afraid of their durability, as they are just merrily glued to the bottom of what seems to be a yoga mat material. The inside is just, a laced tennis shoe?
There is stitch lines going straight down the middle of them. The hooves are made of fur as well, and are glued at the bottom which makes them look awful and weak.
