How satisfied are you with how well the head fits? Is anything uncomfortable? Is it too loose or too tight? Is it lined in a comfortable material? (1-5):
It is a foam base with no interior lining. This head was sold at auction claiming it could fit 22″ – 23″ heads. I have a 23″ head and this mask is extremely tight and uncomfortable to wear. I do not wear it much because of this.
The mouth is movable, but not articulated. The ‘hinge’ (not sure how to describe this) on the inside sticks into the wearer’s nose area. I’m not sure if this is wrong or just because the mask itself is too small for my head. Either way, there is definite pressure there– so much so that it leaves marks on the wearer’s face after extended wear.

How satisfied are you with the vision? Can you see well in front of you? Is there a large blind spot? Do you have to turn your head to see? (1-5):
Vision is fairly standard, for this type of head. But I have seen/worn better. There is some peripheral vision, and night-sight is okay.
4.
How satisfied are you with the ventilation? Is the airflow good? Can you wear it for a reasonable amount of time without having to take it off? (1-5)
The ventilation is absolutely terrible. If I wear a balaclava with this, it feels like I can’t breathe. If I wear nothing, I start sweating immediately and the foam absorbs it all, making it very musky and just not enjoyable to wear at all.

How satisfied are you with the symmetry of the head? Are the eyes or ears lopsided? Is the shaving clean and even?(1-5):
The head is visually stunning. The fur is extra soft. It is a very beautiful piece of work.
5.
How satisfied are you with the expression of the head? (1-5):
The head is a slightly cartoonish look and the expression is really good with it. If it were not so uncomfortable to wear, it would probably be one of my most-worn suits.
How satisfied are you with the fit of the hands and feet? Will your wrists/ankles show is you stretch too much? Do they stay on your hands or do they slide off? (1-5):
There are no feet. Paws are separate from sleeves. The sleeves are too wide and and too long. I gave measurements, but I’ve had this problem before with things not fitting right, so it’s possible I fudged on the measurements. The sleeves are nice construction and the paws fit my hands well.

How satisfied are you with the quality of the hands and feet? (1-5):
There are no feet. Paws are separate from sleeves. The sleeves are connected by an elastic strap that rides your back, so it is impossible for the sleeves to fall. This is the only suit I’ve had with separate sleeves, so I’m not sure if this elastic strap is common or not. If it’s not, that was definitely intuitive and I’d recommend it for other wearers.
5.
How satisfied are you with the consistency of your suit to the makers style? (1-5):
This suit seems consistent, if not slightly better looking, than the maker’s other suits. I was unfamiliar with the maker’s style beforehand though, so I feel uncomfortable rating this.
How satisfied are you with the overall quality? Are all the seams durable? Has anything fallen apart?(1-5):
Overall, I just feel like this was made cheaply. Looking at this suit from the outside, it looks great and people love interacting with it. But wearing it is absolutely horrible and I feel like I was a little cheated. Most of my suits have been through hell and back and gone through extremely heavy use, but since this one is so uncomfortable to wear, I hardly do. I do not know if it would stand up to the test of time. It feels like the foam inside would grow mold from my sweat soaking into if I even bothered to wear it for too long, to be honest.
3.
How satisfied are you with how well everything fits together and matches up? (1-5):
Well, it looks amazing, visually…
5.
How satisfied are you with how easy it was to initially contact the maker? Did they take an unreasonable long time to respond?(1-5):
I won this at auction. I received a message asking for measurements for the hands/arms, and what those measurements were. I replied with my measurements in centimeters. I received a reply back asking I convert it to inches. I sent them the google conversions (I only had metric measuring tools in my possession) and then I never heard from them again, despite future questions.
When they did contact me, it was very blunt and to the point. I didn’t feel like much of a person, or that they were even happy I bought their suit.

How satisfied are you with the response time from the maker? (1-5):
Aside from the measurement conversation listed above, when the suit arrived in the mail, I quickly realized the head was too small. The maker had advertised this would fit a 23″ head when it clearly did not. I emailed them asking what my options were (I was not angry, I was asking for help).
They NEVER replied. I emailed once or twice more before just giving up.

How satisfied are you with the level of professionalism and friendliness of the maker? Were they pleasant to work with? (1-5):
Not satisfied at all.
When they emailed me back asking for centimeters to inches conversion– they couldn’t use google? And then all the problems listed above.
1.
How satisfied are you with the overall quality of your project? (1-5):
It looks great and feels like a stuffed animal, and is a real hit with kids. However, it’s pretty much impossible to wear, so I am not satisfied at all.

Describe your Experience. Pros, Cons, or any comments:
The suit may look and feel nice on the outside, but all that is worthless if you cannot wear it. Maybe there is hope for this suit if I sell it to someone with a smaller head, but otherwise I am just extremely dissatisfied.
Would you recommend this maker?
This review has been marked with a negative rating.
This means the reviewer would NOT recommend RegalWolfStudios unless they significantly change their practices.
The suit itself is pretty nice but the communication from the maker was pretty bad. Negative.
